Ben Affleck's Batman is a comic universe Batman where the supernatural exists. Batman v. Superman was a super hero movie
Christian Bale's Batman leans more towards a Batman who could (for the most part) exist in the real world. The Dark Knight trilogy was a drama / crime drama
