well this is a new manga. anything can happen. shisui was on par with itachi before he "died". if he faked his death and kept training he would be a pretty strong shinobi. that combined with kishi pen magic, shisui can be a plausible guess...not likely to happen however still plausible.

So Madara is to you one of the best Uchiha because why? He knew Tobirama would weaken his clan but they didn't listen to him? So that makes up for Madara helping Itachi kill their clan? He helped Itachi because he wanted Revenge on the Uchiha but Itachi did it to prevent a War.

Madara may be a strong Uchiha but he isn't the best person to represent their clan as someone who wiped his own kin out because they didn't listen to him...

If he was looking then Sasuke wouldn't need to have come to Konoha to tell Naruto yet he is. People assume Naruto went into KCM during this time but if he had then Naruto would of already sent teams after them but since they haven't been mentioned since the release of these spoilers and Sasuke meeting up with Naruto it's obvious Sasuke never cared to go to him during his exile
