Wrong, Orochimaru, Jiraiya and Tsunade were given the name 3Sannin for that exact purpose, to prove that there are 3 ways of becoming a Sage. Either Frog Sage Mode, Dragon Sage Mode or Slug Sage Mode.

Isn't it obvious ? Only Tsunade and Sakura who shares the same body as a Senju are capable of summoning Katsuyu, who happens to heal and regenerate like Mokuton.

Idek where you got the idea that Sakura has a Senju body when something like that hadn't even been hinted at in the manga much less proven as a fact. Mokuton is wood, wood comes from trees which is plant life. Plants are known for their growth and normally in works of fiction, plantlike things grow back and regenerate quickly. So of course Mokuton works the way it does, Tsunade and Sakura have displayed absolutely 0 Mokuton feats
