No, Death is Death. He is a part, or minion, of Azrael, the universal Death. You can only have one anthropomorphic personification of death for each jurisdiction, his being the human realm. Nyx's being the demon realm, etc. I'm taking over because the auditors have decided it's time for him to retire because they think he's become sloppy...if it's okay with you I'd rather not talk about those dark, and sometimes confusing, details if that's alright ^^
