The "New" Manga Chapter On Monday

I've heard it's going to be in full color, but I've also heard two other opinions:

(1) It's the last chapter colored.

(2) It's new and colored.

Can anybody clear up which one is right for me?

it's a colorized 638 chapter for VIZ subscribers

I don't even know anymore at this point. I'll just assume that it'll be the last chapter colored but the link I saw on a thread this past week said it'll be both the OP and Naruto coming on that Monday to celebrate Akira's new manga. That thread is gone though

Fully coloured 638 I think. We always get the ninja'd early scans anyways.
