Infinite TSUKUYOMI.... Isn't it obvious it's just an upgrade or a large scale version.

Kamui isn't all that similar to Sasuke's 'NEW' eye technique in the sense that Kamui sends stuff to another dimension whereas Sasuke's technique (not confirmed) shifts positions of object within a certain range.
