The New Elders

I know that everyone is wondering who could become the new Hokage when the war is over and finished, but a question I am more worried about is who could become the new Elders. With Danzo dead and the other two being pretty damn old, I would say thats a position of need. If Naruto were to become Hokage, I would expect Kakashi, Guy, Sasuke, Sakura, or Sai to be the main candidates. Who do the rest of you think should be considered as an Elder?

Actually I think the title is advisor not elder.
Hiashi Kakashi and Gai seem to be the best options.

I mean I doubt Danzo and the others were too old when they took over as elders. I just think that when Naruto or who ever takes over as Hokage, they're gonna get a council to help them out.
