i dont think tsunade will die right away. until the next hokage is chosen(might be naruto or sasuke), she will continue being hokage because those two candidates are very young.(kazekage might be an exception, because gaara is much more mature than both sasuke and naruto). those two just need some time to become more mature, i think. at least they should became chuunin first =D

I think Naruto has matured a lot. Especially since the death of Neji and the others. Plus Gaara didn't become a Chuunin first,he was less mature than Naruto is now, he was a psychotic killer only recently reformed.
