Actually, she didn't.Katsuya wanted to put her body back together, which is a hi nt that she wasn't beyond repair.The only thing that hints at her death is she wanted said "she could still save the other kages".Which gave the idea that she might use her healing jutsu to saved them but might die in the process.But as the facts are now, Tsunade is still alive.
