I think he meant his Parents thats why sasuke reply's he want to know Everything (means he want to know everything How & why Uchiha Planned to attack the Leaf)

and in the End of the above page. Itachi is saying " You may Have been capable of changing Father & mother of changing the uchiha " (thats why sasuke wants to meet his Parents to know the Truth)

maybe they are planning to go back in time (that have very less chance of happening though)

Maybe they are going in the other World to talk with there sasue's Parents (considering its O'maru he can almost do anything And maybe the reason why Suigetsu & others were shocked of knowing that O'maru even find a way to go in other world without Dying "
