My face when people bring up Sarada's appearance, knowing its not Kishimoto's design.

We already have an interracial couple , a gay couple (Kakashi and Gai), and a disabled ninja (Gai). Ikemoto probably thought it would be good to add more diversity by having an autistic child in his manga. It's easy to justify too since she comes from a royal family and we all know about royal families and their histories of inbreeding. Just my guess!! I could be wrong.
