The Necropolis

Home to the majority of the denizens of Irkalla, the Necropolis is a gigantic cave-like system that spans what seems like an infinite distance; along the earthen walls are thousands of prison-like structures containing souls of the long passed away humans that once lived since the Age of Gods. Their quality of life in the Underworld is directly correlated to the punishment issued by the Burial King, decreed in the Fields of Suffering. Should one have lived a benevolent life then their life in Irkalla would be relatively comfortable. Should they have been deemed unworthy by the Burial King, then their time in Irkalla would be spent in torment and solitude. Each prison along the cave like walls demonstrates these rulings. But the Necropolis, despite being the residence of the many dead denizens that reside there, is hardly illuminated. What little light can be seen only exists as small wisps of flame in the quarters of those that were deemed worthy, while the rest is left in absolute darkness.

After Ganzir was fractured, the Void began to seep throughout all of Irkalla. What was once a dark system of caverns and catacombs is now dimly lit with ominous violet light. Curiously, the light has no source to pinpoint. It seems to glow through the cavernous walls and cracks, as if infecting the very terrain itself. The Twin Fates have rallied their forces in the Necropolis, summoning spirits of the dead to come to the defense of Irkalla. They now battle in perpetuity against creatures of the Void.

The champions arrived in overwhelming darkness, the smell of death was overwhelming, those in the group that had eye enhancements could see in the almost endless darkness but at this distance they couldn't make out much, shadows of monstrosities that awaited them and the roars of the damned.

Standing together they peered in to the metaphorical abyss, while some of the group took precautionary measures, others awaited what came next. Merlin stood stationary, meditating almost as he activated flesh of the incubus. Meanwhile Panthalassa would hypermorphise their bugs into Leviathan Gorge Fly, Behemoth Gore Fly and Female Murmur Antithesis Fly. The rest of the group had already got most of their abilities in place.

They stepped forwards in to the darkness, maintaining their formation, those without the eye enhancements were stood in the middle of the group, so as not to lose their allies despite the darkness, the formation was similar to a spearhead, fitting given their task.

Description: Flesh of the Incubus is an ability which results from the combination of one's overflowing vitality, that is, an already powerful life force made greater by mastery over Yang Release, with their ability to utilise Wood Release at its highest form. Because of the latter condition, it is an ability unique to Merlin. It takes the form of a woodskin that perfectly mimics the user's appearance and anatomy, even replicating the feeling of normal skin, which is present on the body at all times, and is bolstered by Yang Release. The benefits granted by this are twofold; not only is the physical integrity of the wood greatly bolstered, allowing it to reduce incoming physical damage by 20 points, but the woodskin itself is granted sentience, allowing it to automatically balance the delicate ratio between Natural Energy and chakra on the user's behalf, meaning that the user no longer needs to remain still in order to generate Sage Chakra properly, nor are their abilities limited whilst generating Sage Chakra. The woodskin itself allows the user to convert more of their own chakra reserves into Sage Chakra per turn, an additional 5%, for a total of 10% per turn. While Sage Mode is active, the woodskin will no longer generate Sage Chakra, though its other properties will remain active. In order to utilise Flesh of the Incubus, the user requires the Yang Release specialty. Flesh of the Incubus can be used a total of three time per battle, lasting 5 turns per usage as well as a three turn cooldown in between usages.

Description: Corpusgigan bestia, common name Behemoth Gores, are a species of flies with gigantic dimensions and thick and impenetrable exoskeletons. They are summoned in a gargantuan half the size of a average monarch summon. Each of the gigantic flies are around the size of an elephant, and have a very robust and thick skin with spiked protrusions and hideous teeth. Due to their sheer strength, they are noticeably more resilient to damage than normal flies. Any Aburame techniques used through the Behemoth Gore swarm has a +20 damage buffer, essentially increase the overall power of the technique when clashing with ninjutsu and taijutsu. The Behemoth Gores store their eggs within their own gullets. When they're near an uncouth target, they will open their mandible and deposit the eggs directly inside the victim, through a extensible proboscis ( a 3 meter tube-like mouth with a ring of jagged teeth ). The eggs will then have an accelerated growth spur, eccloding into horrible fat maggots with spiked mouths, that will devour and essentially burst through their host, fit to their name. The Behemoth Gores are capable of doing this directly onto other organic substances, the ground and other earthen features or water sources, creating a clot of giant eggs or maggots that will then travel up to mid-range from the point of deposition, before exploding outwards in an eruption of slime and maggots. The main ability of these flies is the ability to compress and decompress, similar to Akimichi. They're gigantic flies that can be compressed up to the size of tiny little flies, 1mm in size. When summoned they can appear in compressed form or original form. The form compression is a passive ability that costs no chakra from the user and require one of the three moves per turn.

Note: Egg deposition can be used by individual Gores up to 3 times, counting as an A rank technique (with no inherent damage buffer), or up to 1 time by the whole swarm, counting as an S rank, throughout their stay in the field.

(Hae Kuchiyose ♆ Aqua regina ) Fly Summoning ♆ Leviathan Gorges

Description: Aqua regina, common name Leviathan Gorges, are from the Stoicheophagidae family, and a sister species to the Aqua devorus, bred through the Insect Cocoon technique after multiple generations. The Water Gluttons were thus exposed to the Aburame insects and to Water chakra, and mutated into a different species. The Leviathan Gorges are very similar to the Water Gluttons in appearance, with hydrophobic hairs, the ability to breath underwater and ingest a quantity of water several times their volume, though they present sexual dimorphism, a trait that has been extinct in the Zaebub Fly phylogeny.

The females are similar to the Gluttons in defensive properties, they are strong to Raw Chakra, Water and Organic Elements, while being weak against all others. The males, predominantly defensive, share their elemental S&W with Water itself, with the exception of Raw Chakra, Water and Organic Element, which they are strong to all the same. In a mixed swarm, the Leviathan Gorges are overall strong to Raw Chakra, Water and Organic Elements, Neutral to every element Water is strong against ( Fire, etc ) and weak against all other elements.

Similar to any Fly and Aburame insect, the Leviathan Gorges are capable of sucking chakra, reference being the Kikaichu. While the males are equal, the females possess a long hypodermic needle proboscis, which they use to pierce through cloth, leather and skin, and utilize their connection with Water to retrieve a higher intake of chakra, enhanced by the Water's properties displayed in techniques like Water Grudge Rain. Any technique that describes the absorption of chakra is multiplied by 4. In a mixed swarm, the Leviathan Gorges are overall 2 times as efficient as average Kikaichu in chakra absorption.

Their last ability, which is shared in both male and female Leviathan Gorges, they are intimately related to the Water element. This means they can exist and freely change from insect form to mist/water form and can be manipulated in both forms with Aburame and Water techniques, not just Aburame techniques, giving the swarm a great versatility and manoeuvrability. Technique that materialize water, or are spat/produced from the user will behave slightly differently, as the swarm of Leviathan Gorges will first move to the point of release, close to the mouth or somewhere else in the terrain, and then move according to the description. Turning from water/mist to insect does not count as a jutsu, as the swarm's own dynamic and social behaviour is already similar to free-flowing water, with some researchers equating the behaviour of some social insects, namely fire ants, to actual liquids. Every elemental property maintains, it is never truly water and thus can't be manipulated by anyone other than the user ( or drank ).

Note: Leviathan Gorges replace Panthalassa's cannon Parasitic Destruction Bugs ( Kikaichu ). To him, they don't count as a summon and there's a constant colony of them inhabiting his body and habitations.
Note: Other signers of the contract must summon the Leviathan Gorges, and they last 4 turns in the field.

( Hae Kuchiyose ♆ Perniger albidus ) Fly Summoning ♆ Murmur's Antithesis

Description: Perniger albidus, common name Murmur's Antithesis, are a species of flies that used to be a contradiction within Zaebub. They're small, completely jet-black flies, with a thick yet light carapace, similar to that of a scarab, and multiple encrusted microscopic black jewels. But the contradiction was, only male existed. No one knew where the Murmur Antithesis Fly came from, or how could it maintain it's unigender colony. It was only when Panthalassa arrived at Zaebub that the mystery was solved. The male specimen anchors it's existence in the living realm, becoming a being of physicality, while the female specimen of the species seemingly dies at birth, but its chakra anchors their existence in the soul realm, and can be summoned through the contract and through chakra. When Panthalassa attempted to focus his chakra to summon the female specimens, he was capable of summoning bright white flies, similar to their male counterpart, but composed of just energy, with ragged yet elegant wings that made them seem like silky threads across their body.

The Murmur Antithesis flies are defensive species. Their only abilities rely on Elemental Interaction. The physical males are strong against all physical elements, Wind, Water, Earth, and advanced physical elements, in addition to Biological elements and Raw Chakra ( in the sense that they still feed on chakra ), including Yang Release and Taijutsu, but have a double weakness against energy elements, Fire, Lightning and advanced energy elements, Basic Ninjutsu and alternate Energies, like Bijuu chakra, Senjutsu chakra, Yin chakra, etc. The spiritual females are the exact opposite, they're strong against energy elements, including the ability to go through physical objects and retrieve the chakra within directly, making them strong against Genjutsu, and have a double weakness against physical elements. Both are weak against physical and energy combination, elements that are both, like Lava, Storm, etc, and Yin and Yang Release.

The way they reproduce is by having a female possess a male. When this combination happens, the fly undergoes a biological transformation not unlike a metamorphosis, where it becomes one individual, hermaphrodite, and is already pregnant with eggs. These new gendered flies appear in various patterns of black and white, but are all quite frail, with a double weakness to most elements, with the exception of Raw Chakra ( which they still feed on ), and elements that are both Physical and Energy, like Lava, Storm and Yin and Yang Release. Elements that are also naturally Neutral are also weak against this hermaphroditic fly, such as the displaced wind created from Leaf Dragon God and the Samurai Kenjutsu. An interesting relationship that they have is with Gravity, and gravity manipulation, in the sense that they can create a barrier of pure focused chakra around themselves and the user, to counteract the physical damage caused by the techniques, though with techniques such as shinra tensei, they behave differently:

When exposed to a Shinra Tensei attack, they will actively create an orb around the user, with a 50 cm radius margin. This orb will be merely protective, and will require the user to spend the same chakra as the technique used. This protection orb will create a cushion against all damage taken directly and indirectly against the technique, but will still be pushed around. It's a purely defensive reactive counter to Shinra Tensei manipulation and similar techniques, and will count as a move and can only be used once, in the Aburame category.

Note: The user can only summon one gender, be it Male, Female or Hermaphrodite.
Note: They last 3 turns in the field, and can only be summoned 1 time per battle.

The time had finally come; the Champions of Humanity had taken their first step into Oblivion. Behind them the portal had vanished, if it had even been there in the first place. There was no way out now. They could only go deeper into the abyss. The Champions would be greeted with a cacophony of noise and smells; to those without eye enhancements activated, the overwhelming darkness would dominate their vision. It would appear as if a void. Even the steps they took were invisible to their own eyes. It rendered the entire cavern system invisible. The Necropolis was, in every sense of the word, a massive cavern and almost city-like system; along the walls of the caverns were the homes and prisons of the millions of denizens that existed there. The air permeated the Champions' noses, making any reliance on olfactory senses pointless regardless of enhancement unless the Air Filtration Unit was being used. As they traversed the sounds of endless agony echoed through the long halls and caverns that spread throughout. But above it all was the sound of a chorus. Two physical manifestations of Divine beings whispering the Hymns of Weaving and Unweaving.

The champions stood engulfed in darkness, they could all hear the horrific harmony that seemed to be creeping across the cavernous space only a few could see, thanks to the vision enhancements that the spider offered. Those who could see would spot the source of the noise, a pair of monstrous beings that seemed to be hovering off the ground.

Their chitinous frames seemed to be cloaked in tattered robes with strange headgear atop their heads, or perhaps that was simply more of their exoskeletal like appearance, it was tough to tell despite the vision enhancements. Regardless it seemed that these creatures were important, the noise they made almost drowned out the sounds of the undead that no doubt lurked in the darkness.

The champions agreed on this fact, and formed in to three man cells as most ninja are taught to do, ready to engage these monstrous foes they approached in a triangular formation, with group one taking the spearhead and two was to the left flank leaving three to the right flank, within the groups themself they adopted the same formations on a smaller scale, leaving adequate space to act while being close enough that nobody would lose their way.

Group 2: AJ, Serpent, Geezy

Group 3: Goetia, Vayne, Matt



The champions are officially engaging the twin fates with this post, the post order tentatively shall be me, AJ, Goetia, Imp, Serpent, Vayne, Pantha, Geezy, Matt.

Coming From: Battle against the Twin Fates

Kōtetsu was almost blinded as the Twin Fates illuminated the Necropolis in wondrous light before vanishing alongside their ear-wrenching shrieks. He relished the fact that he'd dealt the finishing blow to these beings who possessed divinity, and though his blade struck while their divinity was lowered, it did little to dampen his spirits. With the Twin Fates gone, he felt his strength suddenly leave him as the seal on Kusanagi's hilt deactivated, and its weight returned to normal. Even his Ninken were rejected from his body as Lesser Obliege came to an end.

“What's happening...” he mouthed to himself as he inspected his body and surroundings. With his night vision still activated, he found himself surrounded by Solair, Sif, and Sirris, all unable to see in the absolute darkness.

“It smells like shit in here!” He yelled, before quickly quieting down after a look from Sirris.

“I know. Just follow the sound of my voice for now,” he instructed as he placed his free hand on Sif's, who along with Sirris and Sif nodded to show that they understood.

With his prize claimed, the Inuzuka watched as the piles of coarse pale dust that he assumed to useless rise up and integrate into a core similar to his own that was worn on Sirris' collar. This core belonged to Lucifer, and as the dust combined with his core, a blue light flashed. The core was gone, but in its place was a pair of ivory gauntlets. As he observed the spectacle, he once again activated his enhanced strength and channeled earth chakra into Kusanagi's hilt to drastically increase its weight (x40), and then formed a seal that bound the enhancement to the weapon indefinitely. He then turned to Sirris and unhooked the relic core from where it snuggly rested in her collar and placed it too in a large pouch tied to his waist.

So that's how the process work, Kōtetsu thought to himself. This was the first time he'd witnessed the awakening of a relic core, but even so, he still wasn't sure how he'd get his to awaken. He'd have to discuss it with Lucifer when he had the chance.

Description: A technique that uses the refine chakra control and concentration required in medical ninjutsu to enhance one's strength to monstrous levels. This is done by storing chakra into one's hands or feet and releasing it onto the target with pinpoint timing. With this strength, the user can decimate the ground or even kill opponents with a single strike.
Note: Can only be used by Sakura, Momoshiki, Sarada or Tsunade bios.

Note: The weight change lasts 2 turns or until countered.

Description: This seal may only be used on weapons that are in contact with the user. This seal may also be passively applied to the user's weapons or formed onto a weapon the user is holding by expending a move. Only activated when the user is utilizing a jutsu to enhance or otherwise affect said weapon, this seal (which is marked with the kanji for "bind") will activate and drain chakra from the user to fuel said jutsu, even when the user uses another jutsu. It will permanently (or for as long as the user chooses to keep paying chakra) bind the enhancement to the weapon by doing so, as it is constantly being fueled. Each turn the weapon will be able to be used as if the enhancement that was made on it was newly activated, so that they may block and attack with the weapon it was used on without breaking the freeform dodging/blocking rules.

With the champions completing their first task and Douman himself acquiring a new item it was time to move on. Douman would perform a summoning technique and encase himself in his trusty armour once again, but this time he would infuse it with additional chakra to enhance its sentient capabilities. With Cavalry of the White Queen enabled Vile would now be capable of performing its own Steel Techniques.

(Shu Iyashii no Soroi) – Lord Vile, The Suit of Malevolence

Description: This weapon, also known as Lord Vile, is a pitch-black armour composed of steel. The metallic armour is larger than the user and envelops them entirely, with the exception of his eyes, where a visor in the form of a single slit can be seen. The chassis of metal takes on a medieval style and possess a glossy metallic sheen. It is the work of the delicate and nuanced workmanship of its smith's utmost effort, succeeding in granting it an air of formidability and a fine construction. It is an armor that can be called neither exquisite nor crude, and it instead perfectly melds magnificence and functionality. It is carved with countless marks and scratches, the highlights of his various military exploits etched into it to add a touch of valor. In terms of it's base level of strength, the armour is the equivalent of an S-Rank steel technique and can be destroyed by techniques following Koton's elemental S/W. Since it is treated as a koton technique, jutsu that utilize existing steel can be used on/applied to it. The armour has the same functionality and abilities as the one in Steel Release: Resurgence of Savagery.

The chassis of steel is composed of thousands upon thousands of extra fine wires though this difference is imperceptible to the naked eye. This makes it as light-weight as the armour created in Steel Release: Authority of Arthur and allows reshaping of it to a limited extent. The user can passively create or close openings anywhere on the armour or "unwind" different part(s) of it into the wires which compose it (e.g. the gauntlets will unwind and the wires which formed it will simply hang there or wrap around another part of the armour). This is done to expose different parts of the user's body in order to facilitate the release of techniques such as those spewed from the mouth. Lord Vile also has an array of ornamental seals decorating it's body, not unlike the those exhibited in Curse Mark Level 1 in appearance. Being of the same complexion as the armour, they cannot be distinguished from it with the naked eye. Due to it's unique composition, seals which are normally placed on the body can instead be placed on the armour.

Through the continuous infusion of chakra, Lord Vile has developed a degree of sentience. It passively saps chakra from the user's body to sustain this sentience and will do so even if the user finds themselves unable to use or mold chakra. Barring the complete sealing away of the user's chakra (which is synonymous with death), the armour will always be capable of leeching their host's chakra. Through mental commands alone, the user can freely control the movements of the armour, granting him an unparalleled ability in combat. As the user and the armour possess a symbiotic relationship, the latter can aid the user in the molding of chakra. Techniques which normally require a handseal of some sort can instead be performed through motioning the armour in some way (e.g. swiping the arm or clenching the gauntlet into a fist). This is a passive ability but it can only be used on techniques which require a single handseal.

(Koton: Guntai no Shiroi Kouhi) – Steel Release: Cavalry of the White Queen

Description: The user will infuse additional chakra into an existing sentient steel technique, either when it’s already on the field or upon it’s creation, to grant it a superior form of ‘sentience’. What this essentially does is bring their level of autonomy to resemble the Knights created in Steel Release: Knights of the Round Table. The sentient steel technique will become capable of using Steel Release techniques up to and including it’s rank sans handseals. This includes techniques which can only be used in Glory of Galahad as the creation is already composed of steel. If applied to a steel technique on creation, this jutsu can be used in the same time frame as it's predecessor technique. For example, applying this to a B-Rank knight will enable it to use B-Rank and below Steel techniques.

The battle concluded in a rather short period of time, with the proclaimed champions of humanity succeeding with relative ease and minimal damage. Utilizing the time outside of combat to prepare further, Vayne would merge with his weapon before activating Dalmascan Refinery in it's Stardust and Jigsaw forms for future use. Finally, the Nara would bring forth five flight capable ink creations as a countermeasure to potential terrain shenanigans. Vayne would hop on one, while the remaining 4 would go to those who wish to use them. With his preparations set and his equipment ready, Vayne would observe the new object obtained as he waits for the other champions to prepare.


(Tessaria No Zangō) - Trenches of Thessaly

Description: As the user grows accustomed to the Garb of Achlys, the relationship between the two can be bolstered. Fully embracing the parasitic nature of the ancient tool, GOA would merge with the user's body, where GOA's sentience would now become more prevalent as it becomes capable of interacting with the user in their mind, akin to a Jinchuriki and their Biju's interaction. Naturally, the sentience is in the form of Achlys herself, 'Goddess of the Eternal Night'.

Trenches of Thessaly enables the user and Achlys to work in tandem, empowering their overall merger. The prime ability bolstered is the user's connection to their shadow and their capabilities with it, where the user's sensory capabilities in regards to shadows is bolstered rising to x3, with the user's external awareness on objects not focused on being at a x1.5 sensory multiplier. Labelled as the Tears of Fate.

Fields of Flower, accessible only to those with Fūin, considered as Kage/Fūin, enables the user to expand on the weapon's supplementing capabilities, allowing the user to gain a greater degree of control over shadow based techniques. Thrice per battle at a cost of fourty chakra, with a turn interval, the user can supplement a shadow with a dark silver scripts/insignias for Primordial Darkness, having said seal appear on the shadow and on the user/Achlys merger. The seal grants the shadow based technique an 'Absolute' state, where it becomes unaffected by any foreign techniques that target chakra in clashes/interactions. While the sealing effects are of S rank level, the key to defeating the seals is a light source (fire/lightning) that matches the 'applied to' technique's strength. Due to the insignia's being split between the user and the technique, combating one or the other becomes easier, as the light source can be a rank lower. Flashbombs/blinding lights, if used within short range, can erase the insignias, but, as a soft counter to FF, if the insignia on the user's body persists/unaffected, the seal on the technique is reformed, maintaining the techniques 'Absolute' state. Can last up to three turns, at a cost of twenty chakra per turn, with it applicable in same t/f, or simply after.

Trenches of Thessaly can last as long as the user has the chakra to maintain it, and naturally as they are merged, the user can use any of Garb of Achlys core abilities through their body. In regards to Achlys herself, her presence within the user's mind naturally bolsters the existing resistance, making the user's thoughts impenetrable to mind reading techniques and similar of A rank and below. Notably this ability costs twenty chakra per turn, with Field's of Flower, if activated, costing 20 per turn, and Trenches of Thessaly itself costing another ten chakra per turn that stacks with GOA's own chakra cost. The user's merger with GOA itself costs fourty chakra points, with the user having the option of entering a battle merged with the weapon, but only being capable of utilising two active techniques in the first turn.

Description: Dalmascan Refinery is a technique that allows the user to apply a general alteration the size, shape and alignment of Magnesium grain particles to achieve a variety of different effects.

Stardust: This alteration will have the user produce tinier than normal magnesium particles. Despite this the size of the magnesium technique will be maintained as more magnesium particles will be produced to compensate for the smaller grain size. Smaller grain size will result in a larger surface area that will ultimately culminate in greater reactivity. Ultimately, when ignited the intensity at which magnesium burns will be greatly increased, granting it a +20 damage boost for this period of time, similarly magnesium can be funnelled into an ignition source, such as fire or lightning to grant the boost to the combo or desired technique.

Stardust II: This alteration follows the same principle of Stardust, the difference here however is that the produced particles are even tinier. The result is a dangerously high surface area which will result in magnesium techniques that are exposed to an ignition source not simply igniting, but rather exploding. This phenomenon is similar to the real life event of dust explosions.

Chrysthaneum: This alteration affects the alignment of magnesium particles. Normally particles would remain stagnant - that is they would follow the movement of the greater whole with little deviation. Under the influence of Chrysthaneum however produced magnesium particles will spiral and grind against each other, producing friction, heat, and sparks that will result in the self-ignition of magnesium techniques.

Jigsaw: This alteration also affects the alignment of magnesium particles, and juxtaposes the effects of Chrysthaneum. Normally magnesium particles are of non-uniform shapes and sizes, Jigsaw however will produce magnesium particles that perfectly align with one another. The result will be particles that can interlock for greater stability and strength, which will greatly increases the strength of compact magnesium techniques. Compact magnesium techniques will gain a +20 damage boost, or rank increase, under the effects of Jigsaw. Magnesium techniques under Jigsaw, due to the greatly reduced surface area, become far less reactive and can no longer ignite.

Brokenshard: This alteration affects the shape of magnesium particles. Normally magnesium particles will be random in shape, under the effects of Brokenshard however the shape of magnesium particles will be altered to emphasise piercing and slicing qualities. Produced magnesium particles will be needle or blade like in shape, resulting in magnesium techniques that are jagged and razor sharp, greatly increasing destructive power. Under the influence of Brokenshard Magnesium technique will gain a +20 damage boost, and non-offensive magnesium technique will gain offensive properties equal to their rank/defensive power.

Brightsteel: This alteration affects how magnesium particles are visually perceived. Normally magnesium will appear as a standard silvery metal. Under the effects of Brightsteel however each magnesium particle will be magnificently polished and its reflectivity will be further increased through the user of chakra. As a result Brightsteel magnesium will reflect light to such an extent that it will appear blindingly bright, similar to the Hidden Mist Eye Sight Deprivation, temporarily blinding the opponent for as long as they look at the technique directly.

Notes:
Logically not every particle is perfectly controlled and tailored, however enough is done to achieve a uniform and desired effect.
This technique can be used twice, last four turns each time and has a cooldown of two turns. On account of its nature, being that it has no independent uses, it can be activated instantly and in the same timeframe as another technique.
The user can apply up to two alterations at any one time, however Chrysthaneum is incompatible with Jigsaw. The user can also choose to not apply any alterations to a utilised magnesium technique.
When this technique ends, the user will be incapable of utilising B ranked or above magnesium techniques for two turns.

Naruto wiped his brow and plopped on the ground, seemingly tired, but more so trying to maintain his wits about the fact they were creeping deeper and deeper into the Underworld. The previous battle had proved to be a wild one, he could only imagine the further they went into this place the creepier it would get. After a few moments of rest, he stood up and re-entered his Nine Tails Chakra Mode. Naruto stretched and readied his legs as he prepared himself for the next phase, his mode almost as if a beacon of light in the darkness that surrounded them. He didn't know what would lie ahead, but with his ability to sense the negative emotions of everyone / anything around him, Naruto would be ready for what was to come as he held his fist out towards the next portal. With a wide smile, he invited the group to exchange a celebratory fist bump for successfully completing the first trial that had been thrown against them. He'd protect these guys with every last ounce of strength he had, believe it.

Description: The user accesses the Kyubi chakra that is sealed away in his body after the separating Kyubi's chakra and its will, gaining the ability to access its chakra directly whenever he needs it without interacting with the beast at all. In doing so, he gains a chakra shroud that resembles the Sage of the Six Paths' silhouette. The colour of his eyes changes from blue to orange, instead of red. Also, while the demon fox shroud is red and releases chakra as burning, acidic bubbles, this form's shroud is yellow and releases chakra as flickers of flame, instead. Minato, when using this, is slightly darker. With the Nine-Tails' power under his control, the user's strength is significantly increased, adding +25 to his Ninjutsu and Taijutsu techniques. His speed is greatly increased to the point in which he surpasses A while in his last version of Lightning Release Armor. The user can create chakra arms from the shroud which can aide in the manipulation of various techniques. The chakra arms give the user greater range of attacks as well as greater dexterity and manoeuvrability with his fighting style without the use of shadow clones.
Note: Technique can only be used three times total and last 5 turns when activated

Panthalassa was disappointed that he wasn't very useful in the battle. Using Hypermorphosis, he swapped the Spiritual flies with a different species, the Furfur Tempest Fly. Feeling that the need for flight was quite high, he changed 10 of his flies into their decompressed form, creating gigantic cow-sized flies that surrounded him. He hopped onto one and continued on, following the rest of the group while flying atop his insect steed.

Description: Tonitrum rex, common name Furfur Tempests, are from the Stoicheophagidae family, and a sister species to the Tonitrum devorus, bred through the Insect Cocoon technique after multiple generations. The Lightning Gluttons were thus exposed to the Aburame insects and to Panthalassa's radioactive Panthalassic Water chakra, and mutated into a different species, as they were bread within the highly energectic environments they're usually reside in. The Furfur Tempests are very similar to the Lightning Gluttons in appearance, with microscopic hairs that resist high currents and heat, and are capable or harnessing electricity and radiation, though they present sexual dimorphism, a trait that has been extinct in the Zaebub Fly phylogeny.

The males are similar to the Gluttons in defensive properties, they are strong to Raw Chakra, Lightning and Organic Elements, while being weak against all others, with the difference of being also Strong against any type or Current or Radioactive element composed of Lightning. The females, predominantly defensive, share their elemental S&W with Lightning itself, with the exception of Raw Chakra, Lightning and Organic Element, which they are strong to all the same, in addition to Current and Radioactivity elements composed of Lightning. In a mixed swarm, the Furfur Tempests are overall strong to Raw Chakra, Lightning, Current and Radioactivity elements composed of Lightning and Organic Elements, Neutral to every element Lightning is strong against ( Earth, etc ) and weak against all other elements.

The sexual dimorphism appears in their main ability as well. Similar to Positive and Negative currents, the Furfur Tempests's microscopic hairs are architecturally design to be one or the other, with the Male being akin to a Positive battery, and a Lightning Rod, attracting to itself any sort of Raiton current where he can easily feed. Lightning and other Current elements that pass in the vicinity of a Male Furfur Tempests Swarm, within 2 meters, will be wholly pulled towards them. They have a higher electromagnetic pull around them, and this messes with their ability to gather radioactivity of any other sort, and actually deflect Radioactivity, making their diet a little lighter on that aspect. The females though, are akin to a Negative battery, and a Lightning Deflector, repulsing current and deflecting around them any sort of Raiton current which makes them harder to feed. Conversely, they attract to themselves any sort of Radioactivity and easily feed from it. Any Radiation from Radioactive elements within 2 meters will be pulled towards the Female Furfur Tempests Swarm where it can feed. These abilities are exact opposites and passive. The species strives due to the cooperation of male and females. In Neutral Swarms, these abilities can be swapped at will, once per turn at max, allowing the Swarm to Repel Lightning and Attract Radioactivity or Attract Lightning and Repel Radioactivity, and in turn is what allows the flies to have their full diet.

Their last ability, which is shared in both male and female Furfur Tempests, they are intimately related to the Lightning element, and can produce lightning and radioactivity produced through their diet. This gives their bit a numbing and highly painful bite similar to electrocution. Their venom-like spit allows them to carve through the earth effortlessly, allowing them to "fly" underground as if they were on the air, but most importantly, this electrical bite shocks the chakra into flowing harder. This is similar to poisoning, and it allows the fly to suck 6 times more chakra than normal, because the body will be more free-flowing, with some researchers equating the behavior of this spit to other hemophilic venoms, but targeting the chakra system.

Note: They last 4 turns in the field, and can only be summoned 2 times per battle.

Note: The swarm is S rank to summon, and becomes the rank of the technique that is currently being used to manipulate it, be it lower or higher. Freestyle manipulation is similar to D rank and, passively, they do not share the strength of an S rank.

As everyone reveled in the defeat of the Fates, and began dividing up the spoils of war, Angra remained where he was, not for any specific reason. His aura was not zealous at their victory, nor was it envious at his missing out of the loot. Rather, he simply was. It was an odd feeling; being. Until recently, he wasn't even an existence. He had no physical form, nor any consciousness to speak of. He could not speak, nor hear, nor see. Everything was new to him. Looking through eyes at his body was as alien a concept to him as it was for the dormant persona watching Angra explore the back of his hand with a deep fascination. He wasn't anything, and yet here he was. The tattoo's covering Emiya's form had shifted from their natural circuitry-like green hue to a blackened, distorted pattern covering his body, all but an indicator of the curse his name bore; All the Worlds Evils. This added a new layer of exploration to Angra's investigation of his newfound form, looking upon the crimes transcribed upon his flesh for his favorites. Finally, as the Avengers attention drifted to his comrades, his mind flashing with pleasant images of dismemberment, regardless of how unlikely they were, brought him extreme comfort, a voice echoed across the recesses of Emiya's mind.

"Enough is enough..."

In an instant the infantile persona that was the Avenger was ruthlessly banished, as another Alter Ego assumed control; Muramasa. As the tattoos depicting every evil known to mankind, Emiya would let out a hearty sigh, Muramasa clearly pissed off that such a cruel "individual" could spawn from one with such a pure heart, and noble intentions. Finally with a better grip on what lurks within the depths of Irkalla, and not wishing to join their ranks by being split from the Champions, Muramasa joined his friends and ally's sides, ready to progress further into the depths of the Underworld.

Description: Derived from the concept of an existing Fūinjutsu whose purpose was to bring order to an already chaotic mind, Cognitive Dissonance is a body seal that takes advantage of existing flaws within the user's psyche to intentionally split the user's mind to save it from itself. This is done through the techniques namesake, Cognitive Dissonance, which is a psychological phenomena that occurs when a person person holds two or more contradictory beliefs, ideals or values, or performs an action in contradiction to one of these, which results in psychological stress. For example, if one promised that they would never harm another living being, but also swore to never let harm befall one they loved no matter what, and had to choose between killing someone to abide by the latter belief, or allowing the latter to die in service to the former belief, regardless of which one they chose, they would experience Cognitive Dissonance.

Cognitive Dissonance, when applied, identifies conflicting beliefs, ideas, values, etc, targeting these aspects as one would memories and other metaphysical aspects, then forcefully separates them, sealing them independently from one another. Visually the seal takes the form of a , etc unique to the user, with branching paths that break off from the original design forming a script that can encompass a wider area on the user's body. As each separate "target" of the seal's effects naturally have their own heavily ingrained beliefs, they develop into an "Alter Ego" of the user's original persona, which can deviate heavily in all aspects, however most importantly they can develop entirely opposing interests in combat style. While the original persona might prefer ranged, Elemental attacks, one Alter Ego might have an affinity for close quarters combat and identify as a Taijutsu/ Kenjutsu specialist, while another might specialize in Medical Ninjutsu due to a desire to bring no harm to others. This results in each Alter Ego becoming classified as "Specialists" for a given field, which must be specified within the user's biography per each Alter Ego. While an Alter Ego is the active persona, any specialties the biography possesses that are applicable with that Alter Ego's chosen field are automatically converted into a specialty for that field. For example if the original persona is a single handseal Fire Release specialist, and one of their Alter Ego's identify as a Lightning Release specialist, while that Alter Ego is the active persona, they can perform Lightning Release with a single handseal instead of Fire, and are otherwise treated as a specialist of that Element, field, etc. Regardless of the chosen field(s) the specialties themselves remain unchanged, as the change stems from the Alter Ego's personal preference, and not the feats the user is actively capable of. In instances where an Alter Ego's chosen field are incompatible with a biography's specialty, it is rendered useless and provides no benefit to the user. The seal can be controlled at the user's discretion via their own Chakra, allowing them to perform a "Paradigm Shift", allowing them to swap between their Alter Ego's. When in combat this can only be done once every 3 turns, and at the cost of 30 Chakra. Outside of combat the Shift can be performed without cooldown, but requires the same 30 Chakra per Shift.

As Muramasa joined the rest of the group, he focused on a nagging sensation that had been plaguing him since one of the Fates displaced their Barrier. It was akin to a dull ache, but that wasn't the concern. Ever since that moment, he'd felt different, as though his connection to the Throne, and Space-Time in general had been strained, if not severed completely. This was an issue for many reasons, not least of which being that Emiya Shirō's fighting style relied heavily on the concept of Space-Time manipulation. It was a pain, but it would seem as though the many avenues typically open to the blade smith to circumvent the typical "forging" process were shut, and he could only rely on what weapons were in his hands. Unfortunately, all that amounted to were the unique pair of hand cannons Emiya picked up in Veskals, along with a pair of Chakra Blades, the latter of which would no doubt quickly drain his Chakra reserves, and would make for a poor choice of weapon at the moment. Instead, Muramasa decided to use what weapons were in his hands, literally. With a quick pulse of Chakra, and a small flash, Muramasa summoned forth one of Emiya's more recent creations from a seal, rather than the Throne, or some distant land of blades; weighted arrows that had the additional functionality of a blade. It wasn't the greatest creation the smith had seen, but it would have to make do for the moment.

(Rentetsu Kyūjutsu: Mu no Kensei) Wrought Iron Archery: Void Creation of Blades

Description: A small seal emblazoned with the Kanji for "虚" or Void, which can be applied to the user's Warbow, their body, or both. Sealed within are a number of Sword-Arrows designed for Wrought Iron Archery techniques, and in the case of the body seal specifically, the user can also store their Warbow. The user activates their seal with a small burst of Chakra and summons forth one of the many Sword-Arrows, which appears in an unoccupied space within 1m, typically within reach of, or summoned into their hand itself. When the user is finished utilizing their Warbow, or alternatively don't wish to fire their selected Sword-Arrow, they can reactivate the seal, returning the selected target back to the seal at half of the cost of activation. Neither drawing nor returning the Warbow or a Sword Arrow from/ to the seal expend one of the user's 3 Jutsu per turn, but can only be performed once per turn, and the user cannot have more than one Sword Arrow at a time. Finally, when a Sword-Arrow is utilized for Kenjutsu, including those that fall outside the realm of the Wrought Iron Archery Fighting Style, the damage is increased +20 due to the weight of the Sword-Arrow increasing the force behind the technique.

Recalling Emiya's fight with the Voidlord, Demetrias, Muramasa instead was stricken with inspiration. If the boy's body could act like a blade, and the young man possessed the ability to imbue one blade with the properties of another... Activating another seal present on the young man's body, Muramasa then sealed the recently unsealed blade into it. This technique, the Blade Works that altered Baseless blades, granting them almost all of their intrinsic properties, would make for one interesting combination in the battles to come, especially since neither Muramasa, nor Emiya himself were particularly versed in it's inner workings yet. But with the Sword-Arrow sealed within the Baseless Blade Works seal, Muramasa then activated one final technique, the same one Emiya instinctively activated against Demetrias; Kyotoryu, the Flow of the Empty Sword - Journey of the Swordless. With it, Muramasa's body would be covered in an infinite sea of blades, all but imperceptible to the naked eye, and each contributing to the conceptual conversion of Emiya's body into a blade itself. With his body technically classified as a sword now, Muramasa triggered the Baseless Blade Works once more, imbuing the "Sword" that is Shirō Emiya with the properties of his unique Sword-Arrow, making his body feel weightier, increasing the damage behind any techniques performed through this "sword". It was an ingenious solution to the current predicament of being locked out from the Throne's existence, and one even the Wrought Iron Archer himself, watching from within the deepest pits of Emiya's subconscious had to give praise. With this, he could fight, even without a blade.

(Fūinjutsu: Mu Gen no Kensei) Sealing Art: Baseless Blade Works

Description: Created by a fabled Blacksmith in an attempt to preserve his own creations through chanelling them into lesser works so as to not ruin his own blade's with wear, tear and rust, Baseless Blade Works is a seal applied to one's body that possesses a two-directional seal. Aesthetically it takes the form of a sword tattoo, the seal's primary application is similar to that of a generic Sealing technique, allowing the the user to seal and unseal physical targets, in this Jutsu's case specifically weapons, and store them within the seal for convenience and protection. What seperates this seal from the countless seals that provide the same function is the second application tied to the seal. When activated at the cost of 20 Chakra, the user selects one of their stored weapons and, should they be utilizing a weapon(s) of a similar nature, the seal identifies and targets unique aspects of the weapon and imparts that weapons properties on to the weapon held in their hands, effectively creating an "imitation" of the chosen target. This includes access to Jutsu that can only be performed through that specific weapon, abilities or techniques inherent to that weapon itself, or factors of the weapons design that make it unique, such as a specialized version of an existing weapon whose design is altered to achieve a greater/ different effect than its standard counterpart, all of these become avaliable to the weapon(s) in the user's hands.

Naturally there are limitations and drawbacks to the properties this seal. Firstly, due to the transformational nature of this technique, to "overwrite" existing weapons with the nature of another, this technique cannot be used on weapons that already have their own abilities. The weapon in the user's hands needs to be a "blank slate" that a unique weapon can be imprinted upon, or the technique fails to produce an effect. Next, weapons recieving the unsealed properties are still bound by their own inherent/ original properties and limitations. For example, regardless of a stored weapon's durability, the weapon in the user's hands does not recieve any additional defensive capabilities, such as indestructibility. Rather, when the "imitation" weapon's durability is too low (less than B-Rank in strength or durability (freeform weapons are classified as unranked), they can only maintain the imprint for a short period of time (4 turns max) before being destroyed as the enhancement turns into something more akin to a hostile invasion, causing the weapon to self-destruct. Additionally, utilizing techniques or abilities unique to a specific weapon while falling under the aforementioned durability range instantly causes this same destructive reaction. Finally this technique still requires the user abide by the rules regarding Custom Weapons and similarly restricted weapons, as well as any and all limitations the weapons themselves have.

Baseless Blade Works can last for as long as the user is willing to maintain it, provided the application doesn't expire due to the aforementioned durability factor, at a cost of 5 Chakra per turn. If an application of this technique lasts longer than 4 turns, it cannot be used for at least 2 turns once that usage ends. Finally, storage and withdrawal of weapons within this seal costs 5 Chakra per each activation, with the former costing a move when performed in combat, while the latter is always passive. Techniques used used through the imitation technique decrease in strength by a rank.

Description: Journey of the Swordless is a technique which is always active for those who practice the art of Kyotoryu. Being active from the very beginning of battle, Journey of the Swordless is classified as a passive technique to all those who wish to utilize it. While most Kyotoryu techniques do not require this, Journey of the Swordless is meant to enhance the users Kyotoryu techniques to their maximum, by sacrificing a real sword in the process.

To start, the user coats their entire body in a tiny, razor sharp layer of chakra, which looks very similar to the Medical Scalpel technique, to activate this technique. Once active, the user become a human blade, as all their strikes carry the same cutting potential as any regular sword, by being enhanced by their razor sharp chakra. Another benefit to this technique, is that the razor sharp chakra around the users body allows them to bypass wind resistances, allowing their strikes to also be much faster than when performing techniques with an actual sword. Another benefit of this, is that due to the wind resistance being removed from their strikes, while also gaining speed, all the users kenjutsu gain additional damage, by having any wind resistance removed, the strikes carry more weight, striking much harder and with more maneuverability than one could perform with a regular sword. However, the damage bonus is further increased when utilized with Kyotoryu techniques, as these techniques are specifically created for the fight style, adding Journey of the Swordless on top further empowers them, allowing the unique movements of Kyotoryu fighting style to be even more deadly than usual.

However, while this technique seems strong, the largest drawback is the user loses their ability to hold a sword. The chakra around the users body will destroy any sword hilt it comes into contact with. Even with indestructible blades, the hilt of the sword will be rejected, forcefully pushed out of the users hand if he tried to wield a bladed weapon. This is only the case for swords however, other objects, like Staffs, can be wielded, but any techniques requiring a Staff will Not gain any benefits from this technique.

Restrictions:
Must be posted in the users bio if they wish have it passive from the start of battle. Chakra cost can be paid to activate it during battle.
Once activated, the users Arms, Legs, Head, and even torso become a replacement for any Technique that requires a sword.
Due to the nature of the chakra, the user cannot wear any armor, nor can the user wield a sword of any description. However the user is able to wield non bladed weapons, but those weapons will gain no bonus' from this technique.
Any jutsu the user users, such as Earth Armor, will have its defenses Reduced by -20 if used over top of this technique. However, this only applies to techniques that attach to the users body, techniques such as Susanoo, will be unaffected.
This technique can be used by Samurai, following all the same restrictions as regular uses. However, as the user cannot wear armor with this technique active, it cannot be used with Bushido, however SSS and Iaido can be used in conjunction.

With renewed vigor, Muramasa turned to his allies, and gave a confirmation he was ready to progress.

The Magus of Flowers exhaled in relief, mildly exhausted after the ordeal. Rubbing his temple with one hand and holding his staff in the other, he took a moment to let himself relax and recover. Emiya walked past him to the reunite with the rest of the group, calling forth weapons to hand, so he followed suit. Not only in the act of convening with the others, but arming himself also. Opening his palm, he would create a construct in the shape of a western sword, nearly a meter in length, reinforcing it with additional chakra. Description: Phantasms of the Lake is the ability of Wood Release users to produce structures of Wood from their own body, serving as offensive or defensive armaments. These constructs can be created in any number and can possess unique designs or characteristics to suit the user’s needs. They can be wielded by the user or shot from anywhere on the body at a target, but can be no larger than five meters in length or width. A unique aspect of these Wood structures is that they carry the pseudo-sensory properties of the seeds in Wood Release: Tracking Seeds. The structures can detect phenomena such as movement (through vibrations sent through the air or ground), physical pressure or energy (e.g. chakra and techniques) within a fifteen meter radius, making them a unique reconnaissance tool. Due to being made from the user’s DNA, anything the structures detect is mentally relayed back to the user, conferring precise awareness of each structure and what happens around them. Constructs created through Phantasms of the Lake also exhibit the ability to absorb Bijū techniques, such as Bijūdama, their cloaks and techniques based on these skills. When applied to a technique, Factor of the Dragon reinforces it by growing additional wood through the infusion of an additional 10 chakra points, strengthening it by +1 Rank, or +20 damage for techniques above S-Rank. Cosmetically, the technique will darken in appearance, the bark changing in shape to resemble scales. Description: The Oathbound Insignia is a seal with supplementary purpose, and is designed to be utilised in tandem with one’s weapons or tools. The seal can be placed on any piece of equipment or item of the user’s, or even ones they do not own, provided they make physical contact with said object. Once placed, the seal creates an invisible, form-fitting barrier on the object which is able to exert directional force and pressure on it, similarly to that of Infinite Embraces. This allows for the weapon to be controlled in a manner visually similar to that of the Lightning Blades Levitation, but through manipulation of a barrier, rather than an infusion of elemental chakra. This method of control only requires the user's thought, and does not cost a move slot to utilise in any way. This saves the user the trouble of having to physically reach for their weapon, and makes retrieval from a holster or from afar much easier. The user possesses total control over the behaviour of movement through the barrier, able to freely manipulate a marked object as they see fit. The speed at which a marked object can move via the barrier is 1.5x the user’s base speed at maximum, and always moves at this speed unless otherwise stated, allowing for swift recovery of the object. The user is able to mark their weapons and tools, but it must be stated in the user’s biography, otherwise one must manually place the seals during battle or when the situation allows. Only three objects can be marked at any given time, living targets cannot have this seal applied to them.

Lucifer looked down upon the ivory gauntlets that now covered his hands, they seemed to thrum with a primordial power. Now was however not the time to dwell on the potential of the item he had obtained, a chill wind seemed to emanate from the depths of the underworld and the champions of humanity had overcome what was undoubtedly only the first challenge they would face in a slew of them.

Using the nail of his new gauntlet Lucifer pierced his forearm slightly, drawing just enough blood to perform the summoning jutsu calling forth a single large black crow, as the crow was summoned Lucifer pointed his finger at it, firing a small blast of the sea of life, taking hold of the creature and altering it at the genetic level it now stood, more humanoid in appearance, however still visibly crow like, the beast now named Malphas, would aid Lucifer as he and the group progressed in to the depths.

Description: This technique is born from the Sea of Life’s powerful ability to reshape life and is used against generic life forms, not other ninja, in the surrounding area. The user will release a small amount of Sea material from their body, sending it into the ground or into the air in order to strike another lifeform. Once struck the afflicted living being will be subjected to the Amino-Geis and to the user’s discretion in reshaping. In essence this technique allows the user to reshape life at a genetic level on anything within the battlefield, barring other ninja. The new life can take on any shape that the user desires, as long as it is no more than thrice the user’s size. It will move at the speed of a Jounin shinobi, have 100 health, 1,000 chakra, and be capable of using techniques from the Sea of Life technique list. The technique can be used against many basic lifeforms, such as bugs, worms, fish, and even an enemy’s summons though summonings will not be altered in terms of health, speed or chakra. In essence, as long as it is living and not another biography or Yin-Yang Creation, then this technique can warp the lifeform to the user’s will. The abundance of life in the earth, sea, and air make it particularly difficult to prevent the user from using this technique, although it is possible within reason. This technique can be used twice per battle, and after use the user is unable to use techniques from the Sea of Life for two turns.

After traversing through the Rift in space; and walking seemingly endlessly - Mirabelle finally arrived to the Underworld, Irkalla. Her feet was planted on the stone like floor within it, as her eyes started to slightly adjust to the place the Champions of Humanity ventured years ago. "So this is the afterlife?" she asked outloud to no one in particular. While she wasn't present, she remembered the recounts from Emiya about the raid - and how the Necropolis was a pitch dark location - but now it was illuminated, while dimly- revealing the cavernous like structures. There was an eerie silence at first, but in the distance - she can hear what sounds like conflict.

"What's going on here?" she said running to the direction of the source of noise, only to witness what she can only imagine being a demon fighting...a demon..? She can sense the spiritual entity - as it combated some weird creature/monstrosity. She wasn't sure which was enemy from ally but the spirit noticed her and scowled. "A human? Took you all long enough!" it said, clearly pissed off at her for some reason. "I just got here and I'm catching an attitude from a ghost..." she said outloud, but with that she knew whom was on her side as she aimed her hand and released a powerful burst of Spiritual Blue Flames, attempting to burn the Void borne.

It saw the attack, but seemingly and quickly slipped into the terrain and retreated...for now. As she lowered her hand, she turned to the spirit - whom was already wondering off. "Wait!" she said, rushing to it but the spirit didn't budge. "I'm not slowing down because of you. Irkalla is in trouble, and her Majesty issued a plea to humanity to come and aid. Your here now, so go do as your told, mortal" the spirit said, vanishing as it left to continue fighting in another part in the Necropolis.

"How am I supposed to you idiot...if I don't know where the hell to go!" she shouted to nothing but a dark hallway, only to sigh in pure annoyance. "We can wait here or we can find out ourselves, what will be?" Matatabi chimed in. Mirabelle laughed and did just so. "Guess we're mapping this place out..." she said, as she started to wonder but little does she know, forces of the Void are watching her and unknown to her.

What seemed like a forever amount of time; Mirabelle had been wondering about the cavernous nature of Irkalla, and she would hate to admit it but…she was lost. The one spirit she’s encountered thus far had already cursed her existence and left her to wander around. While she can detect numerous amounts of spiritual entities, it was overwhelming for her to adjust towards and pinpoint someone out. “Ugh, why I did I come here again…” she complained as she kicked at a rock nearby, slumping into a corner and bringing her knees in. “You wanted to make a difference, right? Now is not the time to be moping about it…” Matatabi chimed in. It made Mirabelle feel a lot worse than intended but she had a point.

Yeah but it was meant to just make things better for my children now…I don't care if I die…
You say this; yet you forget I can hear your thoughts. Mirabelle…sooner or later you will need to make a choice. Is it really about your children only? What about your husband?

She questioned her for a moment, only for Mirabelle to roll her eyes. “I know HIM TOO OK?! I JUST HATE MYSELF AS IS!!” she roared, her voice echoing into the cavernous walls. Someone nearby would assume a conversation between people is occurring but in truth it was only her there physically. “Well, clearly you love yourself more than you want to admit. You’re just upset you aren’t powerful enough to do things others can do, " Matatabi continued to reveal more about Mira’s current state of mind.

Well, it makes no sense moping around here then. We need to help the denizens here; but the main question is where to go…” Matatabi pondered for a moment but this train of thought was stopped when screechs could be heard not too far away. Mira got on her feet and immediately began to run in said direction of the noises. Moments after, she was on the edge of a cliff - where down in the depths a battle was occurring between spirits and the Void creatures. What she noticed this time was the more ‘human’ like appearance of some of these spirits, likely the souls of people who once lived in the Impure Lands. Human souls, now residing in Irkalla. “Alright…let’s go!” she said, jumping off the cliff and landing several meters away from the battles occurring.

Mirabelle’s appearance gathered attention from both forces alike, some of them scowling (namely native Irkalla born) and smiles and nods affirming her appearance (human souls). The Void Born cared little or anything about her appearance - she was one in the same as every other being present. As this occurs, two Void born turned their attention to the Jinchuriki, and would rush after her mindlessly and with intent.

With their ambition steeled and resolve hastened - Mirabelle turned to the Voidlings approaching her. She inhaled and exhaled, as she quickly started kneading her Perfume based chakra nature into the area surrounding her - which allowed for brilliantly designed walls to spring to life. The creation housed a unique aroma to it - as dandelion seeds were crafted from it and touched the ground as a result, placing the Voidlings into an illusion or at least attempting to do so. They however wouldn’t last - as the moment they touched it - the additional infusion Mirabelle applied to the walls occurred, having jumped backwards out of range. The immediate touch caused the purposefully unstable creation to explode violently - the raging winds bellowing across the battlefield.

Did we kill em?

The duo noticed they remained unharmed, which annoyed them. The nature of these things was a curious one - but she continued as she gathered a unique combination of her wind and fire chakra natures as they once again attempted to approach. The violent suction of the winds pulled them inward, as she triggered the fire portion - igniting the tornado and crafting a brilliant blaze.

"They aren't going to go down that easily" one of the spirits said, hovering in the air over the duo. Mirabelle heeded the advice and took aim - placing her hand in front of herself and with a mental command, ignited the area now with brilliant blue flames, spiritual in nature to finish the job. The voidlings would have still been alive, but retreated into the surface to like their wounds. "Not bad for a human" the spirit said, quickly turning its attention back to the battle at hand.

Description: After 3 handseals, the user is able to materialize a very clear and translucent liquid perfume, which quickly takes the shape of magnificent walls around a target, beautifully carved with countless of seed filled dandelions. From the gates, the seeds seemingly detach from the stem, softly spreading out through the area short range around the gate, allowing the perfume in the air. The perfume's scent carries a powerful sleeping genjutsu. As the opponent feels his eyes getting heavier and his movements getting sluggish, they will see young women with angelical appearance caressing and massaging them. The opponent quickly falls asleep for 2 turns. The gates can be created all around a target, including a translucent glass-house ceiling of perfume, but only to a maximum of short range from the target, and a minimum of 1 meter. The target, though, can be up to long range from the user.
After materialized, the gates can't move. They last up to 3 turns, after which they fall on the ground as scent-less puddles of perfume.

Description: Utilizing the concept of Duality, this sister technique came to life - as the user will infuse both positive black chakra and negative white chakra into that of a technique of their choice. A positive to negative ratio of 6:4 is used, giving it similar properties to the tailed beast bomb technique in terms of destructive capability, though not on that level of course. Mixing the tailed beast chakra with another technique makes it predictably unstable, and as such it can only be used with supplementary or defensive techniques with no offensive capability. Once this chakra has been mixed in to the other technique, it becomes dangerously unstable itself, causing it to explode with strength equal to the rank of the original technique. This is due the ratio of bijuu chakra infused into it, as seen when a Bijuudama meets it's end point it would explode violently. This can only be used four times per battle, with a cool down of two turns between each use and no Bijuu techniques above A rank in the same turn. Explosions produced through this technique cover a short-ranged radial reach.

This attack can be created infront of or around the opponent, but if the user is withing short range of this attack they will take the same amount of damage.

Description: A skill unique to the Two-Tails and it's Jinchuriki, this jutsu allows the user to manipulate Blue Fire in an assortment of ways. Formed after making the appropriate handseals, this allows the user to release blue flames in the form of fireballs, streams of fire, and even blue flame based familiars to attack on the user's command. These Flames carry no properties of Blue Fire beside the basic variant which shares the same traditional properties of normal Fire Release except the weakness to Water.
Note: This can only be used by Matatabi and it's Jinchuriki.
Note: Intangible or Spiritual Blue Flames can only be utilized if their respective skills have been acquired.

"Wait!" she called out the spirit thought one of them finally stopped. "Please, I need your aid" she asked, trying to catch herself but before it could respond - another voice echoed. "I'll take you where you need to go" it said, landing on the ground next to her. "Oh than...k...you?" she said looking at the person. It was like she was looking into a mirror - watching a younger version of herself. This person...they watched her, with their own expression having a beaming smile attached to it. "Yo, long time no see...big sis" the voice of Isabelle rang through her mind. "No...this is not real..." she said, getting up on her legs and watching the person.

"Of course its me, Mira"
"But..."

She tried to gather herself for a moment, but Mirabelle's eyes started to swell with tears. "Isabelle...!" she reached to hug her sister. The spirit solidified herself, allowing the embrace to occur. "I missed you..." Mirabelle continued to weep, as the spirit patted her back. "I know, we missed you too. Mom, Dad, Elder Sister...and everyone else in the Hayabusa Clan" she said, as the spirits of those she mentioned, each one appearing one by one. "Everyone...!" she said, looking at Tengen, her long time friend, her mother and father and her elder sister. "We're here, Mirabelle but we can't stay like this forever" Isabelle said, turning back to them as she nods and they faded, continuing to aid Irkalla in its struggle.

"Some of these people only recent been allowed to come into the afterlife, with it now being reopened. We've however been at war with those...things" she said watching the others fight the Voidlings. "Mom and Dad wanted to stick around, but they are also on the frontlines. I've only got so little time before I'm forced back into fighting, so please - lets make this quick ok?" Isabelle took her sister's hand and dragged her into the cavernous areas of the Necropolis.


"Wait please! I want to speak with them!" she struggled to do let go, Isabelle's supernatural strength as a spirit was quite lethal. "Sis...this isn't the time!" Isabelle stopped and grabbed her sister's face. "Dont you think I want to talk some more too!?" she said, tears in her eyes as well. "It's just not the right place nor time for it, you need to continue fighting! Irkalla's in desparate need of help and Her Majesty called upon you all to assist. We'll get a moment to speak another time, ok?" she said hugging her once more.

"Go down this tunnel, it will lead you to a portal to head to the next part of your journey. I cant leave with you, so please just...go be the hero you was destined to be" her sister said.

"She's right"
"I know..."

Mirabelle communicated with Matatabi. "Promise me we'll get to talk again!" she said, turning and smiling. Isabelle's spirit once again took on its spectral form, as she turned and smiled. "Yes, we'll meet again...I promise!~" she said disappearing back to the battlezone. With that said, Mirabelle continued down the path, finding the portal to lead into the Fields of Suffering.

Horus stepped through what must be the darkest place he'd ever been, but something was different here. Something lit these caverns, a light that couldn't be seen. Looking around he searched for a source but to no avail. With his sensory he felt for anything he could, at least one other person was down here but he couldn't sense anything creating this ominous light. This left him feeling on edge. Salamander cowered on his shoulder, tucking in tightly for safety. Horus pet him gently stroking his cheek. "I know buddy, I feel it too. Something isn't right here. The air, the ground, the whole place feels... different." He spoke cautiously.
Placing his hand on his blade, he slowly began to walk forwards through the caverns. The area ahead moved. How cause the realm itself move? What was going on here? There was movement ahead. Sliding his left foot back he took a stance, bracing himself with his right hand on his blade ready to draw his blade. "Whose there?" He asked. He couldn't see any chakra, but he knew deep down, he wasn't alone. In the distance he heard the echoes of battle. What had he walked into? He wanted to proceed, to gain answers but the hairs on the back of his neck warned him to stay where he was. What came next was in an instant.
A being of horror and terror sprung forth with incredible speed. It's movements unpredictable, he couldn't keep up with it, his eyes tried to track its movement but there were anything but normal, they were changing erratically, chaotic even. He needed to rely on his battle instincts. This lumbering form launched at him as he dove to the left drawing his blade with his right-hand slashing at the being's right shoulder as he moved out of its path last second. His blade made contact. He knew it did, but what the hell was this thing, he couldn't cut it? Had he hesitated? No that wasn't it. The hide to this creature was unlike anything he'd seen before.
It was in this moment he got a real look at it, the creature that stood before him, some kind of faceless horror. Would you even say it had a humanoid form? It's arms like tentacles, it's skin dark, purplish. It's face, well, what face, it had a warped look with tentacles of appendages protruding from different places. He'd never seen anything like this before in his many years alive. What could possibly had created it? Could he beat it? It was hard to tell how strong it was. His sensing didn't help him at all, and his eyes were struggling to keep up with its movements. The beast ran at him again, an erratic charge without thought or precision. He held up his hand, activating his Deva Path as he released a small, focussed burst of pushing force, controlling gravity itself. This was aimed at the beast’s head aiming to knock it out so he could figure out what the hell he was up against. He didn't want to use all his strength when he'd only just entered this unknown world.
His strike hit with precision, striking the being in the head, knocking it backwards as it was cast onto it's back. It remained still. Was it unconscious? Could that thing even be knocked out? Salamander tucked in closer to Horus's face. "I won’t let it hurt you, don't worry." He said, as he slowly walked towards the motionless being that lay before him. His grip tightened on his blade though he wasn't sure why. He'd been unable to cut it before, it's hide too strong for his natural swings. Moving around to the side of the beast, he looked down on its dark skin. The problem was still that only a dim light lit this place, being able to see clearly and focus wasn't easy. He could feel something in the distance, someone else was here. What was that chakra? It was huge. Was it one of the tailed beasts? A jinchuuriki maybe? Had more come here to help fight whatever these things were? He'd probably be better off joining up with others.
He was snapped from his thoughts as the tendrils from the beast shot around him in an instant binding his arms. He hadn't even seen them move. What was this thing? How had it moved so quickly without him noticing? How could he have been so foolish. This constricting grip was so tight that he couldn't move. Pain seared through his body as tried to fight against the incredible bindings. "Shit!" He said through gritted teeth. He tried to move his blade to cut the tendrils using its unique ability to bend and adapt but the bindings were too tight. He was running out of options. He tried to use his Deva Path once more, but it was too soon. It took too long to recharge. He needed to get out of this, he needed to protect Salamander!
Releasing a surge of chakra through his blade, he created a pushing gust of wind outwards. This wind was incredibly strong due his natural empowered chakra. The tendrils were pushed off him, though slowly. The beast’s grip was insane. He kept releasing the chakra through his blade, adding even more to make the wind even more powerful, it was a stalemate. If he didn't think of something he'd be crushed. Now the rest of the beast’s body was up fighting against the pushing wind. It's lumbering form forcing its way through the wind barrier Horus was trying to maintain. If he stopped the jutsu, he had no idea how long he'd have to react before being struck by the creature. Every passing moment the beasts power seemed to grow. Just where was it drawing its power from?
"Sal, I need you!" He shouted over the gusts of the wind. Salamander cowered still, afraid to do anything. "Sal, you can do it.... believe in yourself!" He continued. As he shouted, Horus flooded Salamander's mind with images of the Orphanage, of Brook, of the children they had saved from the ashes of war. He gave salamander something to be brave for. Salamander stopped cowering for a moment, stepping back on Horus's shoulder looking to him as Horus turned his head slightly to meet his eye contact. "You know what to do" Horus spoke softly this time as he smiled at his creation.
Turning his face toward the beast, Salamander took one deep breathe before releasing an incredible stream of fire from its mouth aimed at the beast before them. These flames merged with the wind Horus was creating to make an incredible firestorm that consumed everything around them. The combination burned so bright that it illuminated the entire area for a fleeting moment. It was in this moment they finally saw what they had been facing in its true form. Words could not captivate the horror that stood before them. The flames consumed the beast in an inferno erasing it's form an inch at a time until there was nothing left. Finally with the flames consuming the last of the beast, both Horus and Salamander ceased their flames as Horus dropped to one knee.
This wasn't a sense of exhaustion that washed over him, it was a sense of dread. Just what was down here? What had they come to face? What would happen if something like that reached the world of the living? Would humanity stand a chance in the face of such horror. Rising to his feet, he knew this wasn't going to be the worst of what he came across. He made his way to where he could hear the true fighting.

Description: Using the Deva Paths abilities to manipulate gravitational forces, the user will repulse and push away anything around him up to a given range, in all directions, producing an omni-repulsion effect. The force and repulsive effect is absolute, affecting both energy and matter alike. The technique itself can be used with different ranges/sizes, depending on how much chakra the user spends for the technique and can even, in its smaller form, be sustained, forming a static defensive field instead of a wave-like effect.
Shōkibo - Small Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to short range. The offensive power in this size is not that high as it hits opponents but can still do severe damage. It isn't, however, fatal, boasting a physical 40 damage. If the user focuses this ability with the help of his hands he can sustain a defensive absolute repulsive field around him. He can't, however, do any technique while he is sustaining it and he can only sustain it for 2 turns. Once used, takes one turn cool down to use gravitational related techniques again, becoming when the technique ends.

Chūkibo - Medium Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to mid range. The offensive power in this size is severe, sending opponents flying backwards with enough force to, if not defended properly, leave near fatal physical damage. Although not directly fatal, the technique boasts a physical damage of 80. If the user focuses this ability through one or both hands, he can push away a specific target or technique alone, instead of producing the normal omni-repulsive wave. Once used, takes 2 turns cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.

Ōkibo - Large Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to long range. The offensive power of the technique is devastating and anything in its path that doesn't manage to defend properly is left obliterated. Its fatal if unguarded, boasting a physical damage of 160. Using this techniques poses a great deal of danger to the user as he damages his chakra pathway itself to be able to mold sufficient chakra to perform it. Once used, the user loses the use of any gravitational related techniques for the remainder of the fight and is unable to mold chakra for Rinnegan techniques and S ranks and above for 5 turns.
Note: The technique is immune to normal Elemental Weaknesses and Strengths and as such can't be physically blocked, absorbed or dodged by becoming intangible or similar means. However, the enemies can still use techniques that reduce physical damage to their bodies to survive its effects or escape its range through a fast enough technique. This means that in the large scale, while the technique can't be stopped, avoided or directly countered, enemies can still manage to survive if they are able to reduce the damage done enough.

Alucard and Lilith had arrived into the first chasm of the underworld - The Necropolis. Even during his unnatural long lifespan, this was a place that Alucard had never been to. The spirits of the dead lurked in the seemingly endless cave system. However, they were not there for sightseeing. The Apotheotic shard Alucard had carried with him from Moon Isle radiated down here and began to light up slightly as if it was absorbing the energies of the Void itself. Alucard looked at it as he held it close to his face.

So it was connected to the Void all along.
Lilith was on her guard. She noticed several hostile entities of the Void encroaching towards them as if they had sensed their presence and were ready to feed off of their souls. Judging by how they fought the souls of the underworld, it seemed like they fed off the souls who were here in order to grow stronger. Some creatures looked rather developed with armaments, talons and chitins while some just looked like naked whisps of dark light. Deeper into Irkalla they would probably find many more of them. A rounded up number of approximately 50 creatures headed towards Alucard and Lilith, who stood next to eachother ready to combat darkness. They had all the chances to flee, but Alucard was sure this was the way to gather light for his prized crystal. Or well, time would tell, as both of them gathered up their chakra and produced a combination technique. Alucard pressed his hands on the ground and channeled earth chakra into it. This would trap the Void creatures into a massive trench some 20 meters deep, resulting in them all falling down.

Description: The user slams his hands on the ground and lowers or raises the ground in the surrounding area at high speeds, allowing them to create giant holes in the ground or avoid attacks. The size of the affected area as well as the depths that it is lowered to is up to the user and rasing earth can be done up to 20 meters tall creating a small cliff or they can create trenches that can be as deep as 20 meters. Other than being moved below ground relative to the surrounding surface the terrain is not altered, plant life and people retaining their same positions.

Using her Dark release, Lilith formed a large amount of senbons and kunais made out of her element that rained down on the creatures, dealing hefty damage.

(Taibu Meiton No Jutsu) - Greater Dark Release Technique

Alucard noticed that his crystal started to resonate slightly as Void creatures were being slain by the two of them. Excited by the fact that the crystal reacted in such a way, Alucard realized also that the lesser creatures where not going to be sufficient enough for this mission unless they killed millions of them. As some of the stronger Void creatures were hurt by their combined assault they hadn't been slain, proving themselves to be quite potent. They clanged to the cave structure and climbed upwards while their chitins were somewhat protecting them against Lilith's Dark technique. Her element wasn't strong towards natures of solid and liquids so it made sense that their armors would not easily be penetrated by it unlike the naked Void creatures who were ripped apart by it. Lilith smugged at their foolishness. She looked at Alucard with a smile.

She then gathered up her chakra once again and used her Bisumaton release instead. An element that wasn't just ideal for breaking armor but also several thousand degrees hot, warm enough to melt most things within secounds if not evaporating them due to the heat and immense pressure of it's weight. She weaved three handseals and spat out a large amount of the liquid.

Description: Sea of gods is a multi-ranked technique that serves as the basic, jack-of-all-trades technique of the bismuth release. It can be created from existing sources(earth) or from the user directly. Depending on how much chakra he/she spends it amps the technique further and thus produces more liquid bismuth. The force of the torrent of the liquid metal will also become greater the more chakra is spent into the technique. But even so, small amounts of liquid bismuth may be enough for some occasions too. Through this technique, the user will be able to shape the land infront of them and create small or large torrents of the liquid bismuth, create a huge "sea" of the molten metal right under their targets or manipulate pre-existing liquid bismuth to form into huge hands or small flying liquid bullets. Even though the possibilities are essentially endless, the bismuth will stay on the field until destroyed and does not require chakra to stay on the field. However, since the release is indeed liquid it cannot maintain any lasting functional structures unless chakra is used to sustain the releases state. Sort of like water which can be formed into a dragon but needs chakra to sustain its form in such case. D, C and B ranks can be used indefinitely while B-ranks will require one handseal; Hare. A rank variation can be used up to 4 times, but will start to require two handseals; Hare - Ox. S-rank variation requires three handseals; Hare - Ox - Rabbit - and can be used up to 3 times per battle.

Note: B-ranks require a single handseal, A ranks two handseals and S rank three handseals.

As the armored Void creatures climbed upwards they were met with a large waterfall of hot metal. Their numbers had now been reduced from around 50 down to two sturdy built antagonists that not only had tanked Lilith's dark release but also her Bisumaton release. They had now managed to climb all the way up the chasm and stared at Lilith with a dark and hollow gaze. Their intimidating nature made her unsure of her safety as if they radiated some sort of passive killing intent. She took half a step backwards.


Oi.. Wha the..
Alucard was now the one to smug to his little reaper angel. He placed his hand on her head as if petting a dog.

He looked at the two berserking creatures that closed the gap between them as he formed a few handseals. Uncertain of their resistance to physical abuse, Alucard used his Yin and Shikotsumyaku together he used his body's own skeleton as a literal bone for the Ghoulspine style that he had developed years ago. He rarely ever used it due to it's powerful nature. It was time to use it now though, as it seemed like these creature's armors were far stronger than they both had expected and perhaps impenetrable overall. After the handseals had been made, Alucard expanded an intangible string between his two open palms of a dark and foul nature. He then used shape manipulation to create a tangle, twice his own length and expanded it outwards, severing the creatures minds as it phased through their armor and their own bodies. However, in their minds, the creatures would experience the slicing up of their bodies and be dealt a massive amount of spiritual damage.

Description: Alucard weaves the necessary amount of seals(depending on rank used) and unleashes chakra throughout his body to manifest his black spectral skeleton to form into an aura around him. Depending on the mass of chakra used, the technique becomes bigger and bigger but the core concept stays the same. Alucard forms the black mass into that of a spider web with a mm thick intangible wires of the spectral skeleton. These wires cannot be interacted upon with physical mediums, much like all other Ghoulspine techniques but may be used to interact with other intangible elements such as lightning. Due to this, the technique will simply phase through physical or liquid/gaseous defenses or other object completely unhindered. For the lowest rank of the technique, Alucard can form a web the size of half his size, while scaling upwards in size by a factor of 2 for each going higher, meaning more chakra needed to be spent. The web is designed to intercept applicable techniques but most importantly it forms an arsenal dedicated to Walter C Dornez - hence the name of the technique. Using shape manipulation along with the properties of Yin the user can freely manipulate these threads and sync them together to form a phantom bird cage. On contact, this technique deals direct mental damage and will feel like a target is getting skewered by actual wires even though it is all spiritual.

Note: B-rank requires a single seal(reverse dragon) - A rank requires two seals(reverse dragon - snake) - S rank requires three seals(reverse dragon - snake - reverse tiger). B rank variant can only be used 4 times per battle.
Note: A rank can be used 3 times per battle with a two turn cooldown between usages, S rank twice, with a three turn cooldown in between usages.

As a result of the Walter tecnique, the two creatures collapsed as soon as they had been struck by the technique. Alucard looked at them with his glowing Tenseigan, revealing that they hadn't been slain but they had been defeated. He hovered the crystal above their lifeless bodies and noticed that it reacted to them somewhat. As if a weak magnetic force was pulling it towards them. It was hungry, oh so hungry. Alucard used his Shikotsumyaku kekkei genkai and pulled out two swords from his back and stabbed the two creatures in specific areas were their flesh were exposed from their husks.


( Yaemugura no Mai ) – Dance of the Eightfold Vines

Description: The user pulls out two bone swords, and then dives onto the opponent, slashing twice. He then unleashes a furry of stabs, knocking the opponent back. He then dashes behind the opponent, unleashing bone spikes all over their body and impaling the opponent.

Their remaining life force vanished and was sapped into the crystal but it demanded more, much, much more. Alucard was still pleased with the progress and it seemed like they had their work cut out for them now in the depths of Irkalla as they would go on slaying countless more of these beasts until the crystal was full of their energy. They continued into the depths and ventured through the portal that would lead them to the Fields of Suffering.

After entering through the cave-like entrance, Arjuna was treated to a sight most ghastly: a dimly lit cave system that seemed to stretch on forever in every direction. The violet light that permeated the space caught the Berserker's attention at once, for it seemed very similar to... He retrieved the shard he'd gotten on the Moon Isle and watched with surprise as it glowed, too, as if synchronizing with the energy of the place. "So the shard is tied to the Underworld..." he theorizes while looking the shard over. It was the first time he'd witnessed any reactivity in the stone.

He quickly stows it back into the seam of his clothes and focused his hearing on the target he was tracking moments ago. He saw some other people in the distance, but they appeared to be on humanity's side and fighting monstrous creatures that must have come from Irkalla itself. Arjuna's wondered what might have happened here to warrant this much chaos and evil. He quickly snapped to and remembered why he had ventured here: to find the missing Hana, or at least the truth about her disappearance. Soon he picked up the familiar sound of crow wings beating the air. His target had gotten some considerable distance since the Arali had slowed him down outside, but it was still within reach. Arjuna quickly followed after, coming to a small cubby hole in the cave wall that didn't quite look like the other prison cells around. He heard crying coming the dim space and instinctively leaned in to see..

"Please, get me out of this terrible place!"

A frantic hand reached out from the darkness and grabbed onto Arjuna's arm. He damn near screamed. Their grip was so cold. "Hana?"

"Yes?"

Arjuna stared at the hand for a moment, then he said, "Your sister has sent me for you."

"Great," the voice replied, "I knew she wouldn't fail me."

And that was the confirmation Arjuna needed. "You're Arali aren't you? You change forms to hide your true self, taking on others' appearance and mannerisms like some hellish mimic." He didn't wait for a reply. "Hana only had a brother, and he might be dead by the looks of it."

"I'm honestly surprised you were able to get past Kilik and them. You must be strong."

"What have you done with those siblings?"

"Only the strong survive in this world. The weak perish. Those two, even though they had put up a decent fight, were weak--so they perished."

The grip on his arm slowly morphed into a great clawed hand with talons the size of kunai. The Arali tried to pull Arjuna into the cubby hole but he resisted by forming a single hand seal with his free hand and converting his entire body into Entropy. The creature's clawed hand would not only phase through him, but be disintegrated almost immediately. The moment he heard a bird-like shriek come from the dark spot Arjuna drove his other hand in there, grabbing the Arali before it could shift again and find some slimy form to escape with. The Berserker's rage he felt took physicality in the form of a barrage of fists into the dim space. Arjuna struck the creature until it had stopped moving. Until its cries for mercy had become nothing but blood-filled gurgles and then... silence.

"In my world the unjust perish. Not the weak," Arjuna said as he backs away from the spot. He stared at his hands which remained unsullied by the carnage and sighed. He'd hoped to go back to the village with good news--

A sinister growl caught his attention, coming from deeper in the cave. Arjuna squinted his eyes in the dim violet light and saw a monstrous creature hobbling toward him, a mass of tentacles and limbs. Just the mere silhouette of the thing brought Arjuna to high alert: what unholy power had spawned this thing, and just where did it come from? Didn't look like an Arali, either. This must be something else...


( Entropoton: Mugen no Sokumen ) Entropy ∞ Aspect of Infinity

Description: Aspect of Infinity is a technique that allows the manipulation of Entropy in its condensed form throughout the body and infusing it with the element. The jutsu requires three hand seals, after which the user becomes a more condensed form of Entropy which appears like a dark silhouette with a shimmering outer edge caused by the passive emission of radiation. Inside the user's body will appear to be filled with small pulses of light reminiscent of stars and their eyes will glow a blueish color. As per natural properties of the element, the user is able to phase through solid objects and those devoid of chakra such as the ground. This can be done passively while Aspect of Infinity is active but while phasing the user will be unable to deliver physical attacks such as free form and Taijutsu or perform techniques other than Entropy. The real strength behind this jutsu comes from the body, whereas the user is able to interact directly with their own energies, enhancing their attacks. While Aspect of Infinity is active, the user is able to perform Entropy techniques with added potency ( +1 rank to techniques up to S-rank, and +20 damage above S-rank ) while halving the number of required hand seals. This is to compensate for them being unable to perform any other forms of elemental Ninjutsu except for Fire and Lightning ( Entropy's component elements ) and elements composed of the two, as well non-chakra aided Taijutsu and of course, Entropy. If the user is to be sealed while Aspect of Infinity is active the Entropy chakra will disperse, ejecting the user while the energy is being absorbed. Likewise, if an attack were to overpower this jutsu, the resultant damage after clashing would carry to the user while the state deactivates. Can only be used twice per match, lasting four turns each, and has a two turn cool down.

In the heart of the Necropolis, an unforgiving expanse cloaked in impenetrable darkness, Akhwera, the enigmatic sorcerer, found himself engulfed by the oppressive silence that clung to the very air. Each step he took, each cautious movement, resonated with a profound sense of trepidation, for this was a realm untouched by the comforting embrace of light or life.

His eyes, deep pools of captivating purple, shone with a mesmerizing mix of curiosity and unease. Like twin beacons in the void, they illuminated the path ahead, the only source of respite from the soul-deep shadows that threatened to consume him. The pulsating energy of the enigmatic crystal, cradled within the folds of his cloak, seemed to quicken with anticipation, an inaudible heartbeat that resonated with the essence of this cryptic abyss.

The very atmosphere was heavy with an eerie stillness, as if time itself dared not venture into this forsaken place. Akhwera couldn't help but feel that danger lurked, unseen but palpable, waiting to pounce from the concealed recesses of this desolate realm. Yet, the pursuit of knowledge was his unwavering path, and he couldn't be swayed by fear.

Akhwera, shrouded in his thoughts, ventured deeper into the heart of the Necropolis. Each step he took seemed to echo through the empty expanse, a reminder of his solitude in this shadowy realm. His fingers gently caressed the pulsating crystal he had discovered outside the void, nestled within the depths of his cloak. It had been an enigmatic find, initially devoid of any energy or resonance, but its behavior had taken a mystifying turn after he entered this forsaken place.

The sorcerer pondered the nature of the crystal and its inexplicable transformation. When he had first stumbled upon it, it had been inert, an unassuming gem gleaming softly in the pale light. Its origins were a complete mystery, as if it had materialized from thin air, waiting for him to unlock its secrets.

As he walked, his mind delved into the enigmatic properties of the crystal. It had been a source of both fascination and unease since that fateful discovery. Its transformation within the heart of the Necropolis, where the void's suffocating darkness held sway, had been nothing short of astonishing. In a sudden, nightmarish manifestation, the Void creature emerged. It was a grotesque and ever-shifting entity, a nightmarish amalgamation of formless tendrils and distorted faces. A guttural, ancient utterance escaped its grotesque form, sending a chilling shiver through Akhwera's very soul.

With astonishing swiftness, the creature lunged, its inky tendrils extending like malevolent fingers, seeking to ensnare its prey. Akhwera's instincts, finely honed through years of rigorous training in the arcane arts, took over. He moved with the fluidity of a seasoned dancer, a blur of graceful evasion that allowed him to narrowly avoid the creature's initial onslaught, as he disappeared in a cloud of fire, only to appear several meters behind the creature.

Description: This jutsu uses the Ox handseal. When your opponent attacks you, you disappear in a cloud of fire. When you poof away, your opponent gets burnt while they are in that cloud of fire that you created.

Yet, the Void creature was relentless, its ever-morphing form twisting and reforming, relentlessly turned and pursued the sorcerer from all directions, almost as if it knew where he was, even without seeing him. Akhwera's senses were heightened to their utmost limits, his mind racing to anticipate the creature's ever-shifting maneuvers.

The dance between sorcerer and abomination began in earnest. The Void creature was relentless, its ever-morphing form twisting and reforming with an unsettling fluidity. Known by some members of the Uzumaki clan, this technique is the manifestation of the strongest of chakras within the clan and not a simple Ninjutsu technique. The user is able to focus and materialize chains from their body that can be used for various purposes. However, what makes it a technique that goes beyond the normal Ninjutsu category is that the user can manifest these chains in reality, using them to attack, defend or restrict a given target but can also manifest these chains in his mind, in a purely spiritual field. This enables the technique to act as defense against mental attacks (Genjutsu, Yamanaka Clan techniques, etc) by using the spiritual manifestation of the chains to "attack" the mental intrusion and dispel it. It was this ability that allowed Uzumaki Kushina and Uzumaki Mito to serve as perfect vessels for the Bijuu Kurama, as they could use it to restrict the 9 Tails Demon Fox inside their bodies. When manifested as a Ninjutsu attack, it has both great range and strength. The chains can be used to attack (each chain ends in a kunai-like spear which can be used to pierce a target as a spear or the chains can be used to slam into the target or surround it and "crush" it) or defend (using the same methods) against enemies and techniques but its main purpose is to restrict and contain targets. The restriction effect is achieved partially due to two aspects: their physical strength (which restricts the target physically, preventing it from moving) and their inherent "sealing property". This property enables the chains to have a restriction effect that goes beyond the physical restriction, preventing the target from being summoned, teleporting, etc. This effect can be boosted to a full sealing effect (including the targets ability to mold chakra, etc) if the user spends additional chakra. The effect isn't a sealing technique, however, because it will only work while the user fuels it with chakra, unlike normal seals.
