You could argue Tsunade was a bad person. Drugging Jiraiya, all the drinking, it's opinions I guess, whatever you say.

She wasn't really a bad person, she was just an emotional destroyed wreck out of her prime. The wars and comrade betrayals and the death of basically everyone around here proved too much and she just ran away. The last thing she would've wanted is to see Jiraiya trying to bring her back with some loud-mouthed kid.
But anyway this thread isn't about Tsunade being good or bad. Naruto CHANGED everyone on that list- good/bad doesn't really matter.
Technically he changed Itachi & Jiraiya too? He gave Jiraiya hope that there really CAN be peace and also showed Itachi that he doesn't have to take all the responsibility and that Naruto must be the one to rescue Sasuke.
