It was Mugen's training grounds, due to the emperor being obligated by tradition to hone his Golden Flame in the Cold Winds of the Mountain. Mugen opened up his hand and summoned his Eternal Phoenix Bow, drew forth an arrow and fired it into the sky. The Arrow streaked out for a while before suddenly bursting in Golden Energy, reminiscent to a Firework show*
