What's the difference between demon magic and dark magic, besides demon magic being stronger? What limitations are set upon dark magic?

Panther Dark magic can eventually evolve into Shadow or Ghost type based on what kind of personality your character has. Demon magic is stronger in raw power only. Dark magic main problem along with Demon magic is it requires a ton of energy far more than light or heaven magic
