No. OBITO could sence Zetsu because OBITO has periphiral vision, and ears. And OBITO knows that Zetsu is going to arrive most of the time.

Also, OBITO has some Zetsu parts, so OBITO could sense the zetsu's.

There are millions of reasons why OBITO could sence Zetsu's, and how would Tobidara explain any of them. OBITO is OBITO, Not Madara. Give up.

Anyway, Obito did not sense Zetsu's presence in the first and third scans which is why the exclamation mark is shown. As for the second scan, Obito was already expecting Zetsu to appear after Sasuke's battle with Itachi. Six Paths pretty much explained it below.

He can't sense them. Don't you see the surprise Kaji and symbols around when Zetsu appeared? Obito was surprised, it means that he was not feeling that Zetsu was coming. And if he could sense them, how come he didn't see Black Zetsu when he neared from below when Madara was revived?

Pain was also able to sense Zetsu. [

Tobi was always maadara controlling obito...i nevber viewed him like obito..untill kabuto resurected edomadara then tobi's traits started changing....HE WAS MADARA BRO trust me the manga ain't over yet!
