The Mystery Man is A Senjutsu User, most likely Kabuto

As we can see, the chakra from the mystery man is from all around him, but not inside his body:

This is a sign of Nature Energy. Which means he must be a Senjutsu user. And who better than Kabuto, who obviously has the power to attract nature energy?

Plus, If he awoken from Izanami, that means he is no longer a bad guy, he's accepting his own role as Kabuto.

And it wouldn't be perfect for a Medical Nin like Kabuto to be the one to actually be able to heal Sasuke (and possibly Naruto) from his mortal wound?

B/C he was just using Sage Mode chakra, which is different than the chakra Karin is used to Kabuto having. They never met since he went Dragon Sage Mode, FYI

Orochimaru's Curse Mark is a variation of Senjutsu Chakra and it was noted to changed a person's chakra signature.
