It wasn't stated that Tobirama didn't recognize his chakra as an Uchiha. He just didn't know who the person was.

After casting Rinne Tensei, Obito was good as dead in Madara's eyes.

And think about it: Madara barely survived a few decades past his normal lifespan by attaching himself to the Gedo Mazo and shutting himself inside a cave, how can the Elder Son aka Uchiha Ancestor survive for hundreds of years without that?

I think we should limit our options to people who are actually living in the present, look at the Tobi Identity Fiasco: Tobi= Izuna (died almost a century ago) Tobi= Elder Son (many centuries ago)

Maybe they have a hidden agenda contrary to Madara's plan, they may not be the "failed experiments" Madara described and thought them to be.

I kinda agree with you since when Tobi was hiding under a mask and everyone made a lot of theories like about who was behind the mask. It's just felt like a lot of people wasted the threads, but in the end it was Obito who was behind the mask, imo. The theory which was logical, so I was just thinking Kishi will in the end troll all of us and then It's Kabuto or Yamato.
