I still say it's Shisui!

plausible, he did loose 1 eye to Danzo, gave his other to itachi and disappeared. it never did say that he died, even Kabuto couldn't find his body or any DNA when he went grave robbing. He could easily still be alive...

Not to mention kishi is known to pull some crazy moves outa the hat.

If it was spiral Zetsu then Karin would have recognized it.

She might have recognized the similar chakra signature to that of Hashirama's. But she can also sense the darkness and light in the chakra of a person similar to how she noticed Sasuke's cold and dark chakra and Naruto's warm and light chakra

It's a cliff hanger because everyone believes that there exist only one Spiral Zetsu. But after all, that Spiral Zetsu was also created from the Mazo. So many more can be created

Spiral Zetsu pulling out mini shinsu senjuu explains that Spiral Zetsu pulled that statue out by controlling Yamato's Mokuton abilities.

What if the misterious person is Jiraiya

I was thinking, Orochimaru came from the dead, why not Jiraiya, remember when Obito was talking about how Jiraiya defeat him a few chapter ago and then he try to bring someone back from the dead, but Madara came back , but what if obito manage to bring also Jiraiya, and now he is next to sasuke . Well is just an idea ,since all the dead came back from the grave, It will be logic to say Jiraiya is back.
