A lot of people here talk about the mysterious man is not kabuto but zethsu. i think the reason why it look like zethsu is because kabuto have parasite pore from zethsu. Those spores can grow in to zethsus. So I think the possibility is after Kabuto escaped from izanami those spores might tried to take control of Kabuto but kabuto wins over them Now kabuto use them as a body shiel or cover what ever you can call. What is your thoughts ?

It aint Kabuto, also Sauce is dead, kabuto cannot revive him, he can use medical ninjutsu, but no revive (Edo-tensei excluded)

Also, Kabuto does not look like that, and even if he did, why wouldn't she recognize his chakra?

Oro took his chakra back, he aint that snake thin no more, that means his chakra should have returned to normal, also, Oro should be able to feel his precense.

The karin failed to sense kabuto's chakra because it is mixed with zethsu I think

I thought of that possibility and I think that's very unlikely. Kabuto has experimented on Karin before which is likely how he got her chakra abilities. Also being Orochimaru's main lackey I doubt that they haven't met.

That's an assumption, just like what I said is an assumption. Completely dismissing the person as Kabuto based off this is poor judgement, because it's never stated that they've ever met.

I'm not saying it's definitely Kabuto. I'm saying that "Karin doesn't recognize the chakra" is not solid enough to completely ignore Kabuto as a possibility.
