The possibility that come to my mind

1- Burgess: he disappeared for too long now for him not have been doing something important, especially when you know the guy loves fighting, yet in an all-out fighting arc like this one, he was nowhere to be seen. Very likely he is trying to kill Luffy(like Koala suspected) when the time will come and he is certainly at a level where Sabo would be necessary to handle

2- CP0: Where are they again?

3- Meadows: Let's not forget the mysterious Kaido guy
