The first time whe saw kakashi using the MS was in part 2 probably because his body was not willing to corporate with something something he doesn't know so it took him long time before he could use it

obito didn't have any problem he was uchiha and had madara to train him (explan how MS work)

i also strongly believe that reason kakashi doesn't go blind is because of obito's

The fact that Kakashi says, ''It couldn't be'', when Itachi opens his eyes means that kakashi has known about the Mangekyou Sharingan from the start of the series.
He's non-Uchiha, so he couldn't have possibly known about the secret shrine.

It was never said senju dna avoids a ms user from becoming blind. In addition how would Obitos dna help Kakashi? xD
Its the same if u say because Obito has Uchiha blood Kakashi can maintain his ms.
