This is the Movie Game. It does not end. There is no winner.
How the movie game works:
I'm going to start off with a movie. The next person to comment has to name an actor or actress from that movie, and then the next has to name a movie that actor/actress was in, etc etc etc for the rest of the game.
The goal of the game is to stump the next person in line. Everytime the next person has to start a new movie, you get a point. Keep track of your own points.
RULES:
- Honor system is appreciated, but no one's going to stop you from using IMDB or something.
- If you name an obscure actor/actress/movie, the next person can begin with a new movie. If you have to start with a new movie, clarify that you're starting a new movie, IE "Starting a new movie." Then list your movie.
- Try to use movies people would know with relatively famous actors.
- Bonus points everytime you name a movie Nicolas Cage has been in. 2 points if you do.
- No repeat movies or actors! If someone said Argo, and then the next person said Ben Affleck, you can't say Argo again. It can be used later, just not immediately after. Same thing applies to actors/actresses.
- Movie franchises need to be specified. For example, if you said "Harry Potter" that would apply to the whole movie universe, but if you said "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" it would only apply to that movie.
Alright! let's begin.
Galaxy Quest.
