5- zabuza, he is strong and his fight was awesome against kakashi.

4- hidan, immortal and he's akatsuki but he is underrated because he lost to shikamaru

3- choji, his batterfly mode is so powerful that managed to eliminate the edi army and go 1vs1 against gedo maza.

2- tsunade, she is hokage and saninn but some members said she is useless which make me mad

1- sakura , she beat sasori of the sand and still
lot of member deny that and they still think she cannot beat konohamaru

These shinobi are strong , talented and so underrated by brainwashed fanboys :flaw:

To answer to your thread: Tsunade, Sakura are the most underrated characters. And Mei and Konan is underrated to.

Zabuza is very underated just because he lost to part 1 Kakashi. If Zabuza and Kakashi fought for the first time in part 1 without the genin, Zabuza would have still faked him out and got him in the Water Prison because Kakashi thought he fooled Zabuza by copying his water clone but Zabuza outsmarted him. He lost the 2nd round because "the same moves don't work on Kakashi twice".

Zabuza is even strong enough to beat Darui because Darui has no enhanced sensing abilities for defending himself in the mist and loses to Zabuza in taijutsu. If thats hard to believe if u look of my VM's i asked guys like Blaze Release, Negative Knight, Vegeta, etc. and they agreed.

sakura....definatley the most underrated...notable others that are often underated are mei tsunade zabuza, base naruto,ten ten and sasori....there are probably more but this is basic list...
