[Discussion] The most underrated character?

I'm actually going to say Usopp here. There's still a lot of people who think he's extrememly weak, even though he's one of the best snipers we've seen so far in the series, even though there aren't many sharpshooters in One Piece. If you give this long nose some haki and put him in the perfect distance to his opponent, he could wreck dozens of characters we consider "strong", especially if he's in Sogeking mode.

Honestly, Chopper is dissapointing. I expected him to be a lot stronger, but even his strongest form, Monster Point, is inferior to some big children. Granted, he wasn't actually trying to fight back, but he should be able to tank that.

How in the world is Enel(Eneru) UNDER-rated? He can beat pretty much everybody except Luffy(due to the rubber) and everyone knows this. The most underated by fans would be Smoker or Usopp. Most people acknowledge how good Magellan would be in a 1v1 scenario and same with Enel, Smoker gets slept on because of all his fails at catching Luffy and losing in PH. Usopp gets slept on because of his attitude, even pre time skip he beat a fishman who are supposed to be 10x stronger than humans. I would agree that Buggy also falls into the underrated category by the majority of people because he was/is a villain/rival to Luffy, if he wasn't written as comedic effect and handled with the seriousness of his old crew mate Shanks then Buggy would be a force to be reckoned with.

She is seriously underestimated by the sole fact Usopp beat her. Her DF is haxs. Just think about it. What would happen if one of her ghosts hit WB. He would be on the floor wishing he was a flee and then gets a bomb in the face. Haxs I tell you.

same with caesar. caesar should have been stronger but luffy was immune to poison

enel is too much like ace and croc. they are overconfident with their logia defence and once someone gets past it, they become glass cannons. give preskip zoro some haki and he can mess enel's shit up. just because your rubber doesnt mean you should be able to beat enel. luffy was simply too fast, too strong and too good.
what do you think would happen if it was enel vs an admiral? admirals can not only take what he dishes out but wreck his shit with haki punches

If he puts his noro noro no mi true some proper training, and adding in some top notch haki,
I think this fella can actually do some SERIOUS damage.
Just imagine the noro noro no mi to have like a 5km span width and a longer slow down time.
He could sink whole fleets before the even know it

The only people that underrate Enel are those who are too narrow minded as they simply think, Luff beat Enel. Hence he is fodder. Which of course is not true.

However more people overrate him than underrate him. He cannot compete with the New world and some people put him in their top 10 and top 20 lists!!!

You can disagree if you want but I think Enel could beat Aokiji, tie with Kizaru and maybe lose to Akainu. Akainu's biggest claim to fame is punching Ace who was sacrificing himself for Luffy, we'll never really know if Akainu could have even beat Ace if Ace wasn't blocking that punch for Luffy. Had Enel been introduced later his power would have been greater but his DF ability still is extremely effective in combat, more so than croc's or Ace's or Aokiji and Akainu for that matter, it's basically the same principle as Kizaru, you could even picture Kizaru to be what Enel would have been had he been intro'd at MF.

Lol Enel beating an Admiral...Enel would lose simply due to the fact Aokiji can use Haki, Enel's fighting abilities were at best sub-par however what made him dangerous was his DF without it he's nothing. Luffy's fighting abilities back then were no where near that of an admiral.

Also Akainu's claim to fame in not merely punching Ace at all. Akainu defeated Iva, Aokiji and battled the entire whitebeard pirates by himself at one point but not to mention he blew off half of WB's face punched a hole in his stomach and pretty much made WB's death a certain also we know for certainty Akainu could have defeated Ace since they did clash and Ace was simply no match hence the reason he was sent flying back from their scuffle. Akainu would have murdered Ace in a 1 on 1 fight.

The difference between Enel and Kizaru is the fact one has way better control over his DF and better Haki.

Why are you bringing Naruto into this really? Also Zabuza could never defeat the likes of Kakuzu, Konan, Sasori or Deidara not to mention he would get murdered by Kisame. Anyway Enel can't compete in the new world (until we see how stronger he's got) due to the fact the big time pirates in the new world all use Haki meaning they can damage him.
