Not entirely in order:

Kakuzu just tossing out every element (aside from water manga wise) just after we learn at best you have two. Him thrashing people was crazy....also the whole "BTW I fought Hashirama" was pretty epic...

Hinata revealing she has Talk no Jutsu powerful enough to entangle the master of it while simultaneously countering another Talk no Jutsu (a favorite and was crazy considering her usual personality)

Naruto planting a Rasengan to the face of Obito, "Because I'm Naruto Uzumaki!"

The tailed beast fight....loved seeing Han falcon kick Naruto. Then everyone starts transforming WIN

Pain destroying Konoha....I was just like, "ah shit....there goes the city...out the door"

Madara revealed as an Edo tensei....here Obito keeps saying he is Madara....but then it is right back to the masked man! Also when Madara proceeds to wreck.
