Recently HiddenSound made a thread stating that Kabuto with Edo Tensei is unbeatable on a 1vs1 fight. This is absolutely true and undeniably true! Yet I've seen countless people throwing this argument;
This is not the first time people said this and it's a hot topic that I've seen ridiculously debated since the day that manga issue was out. It's a stupid argument because it couldn't be further from the truth!!
He didn't lost one on one!! In his prime condition he has never been into a situation of a one on one fight. The closest he has been of that was when he and Obito almost got at it, but then Kabuto popoed out Edo Madara and made Obito back down.
Now bak to the stupid argument. Itachi did not fight Kabuto on his own! And I'm not talking about Sasuke being there, I'll give that one for free and say that Sasuke didn't take part on that battle, which obviously is not true but I'll give it any way as it doesn't affect my point.
In case you guys failed to notice Kabuto was fighting the entire Shinobi alliance at that time, that is why he did not have his Edos there with him. Not only that but also when Itachi and Sasuke got there Kabuto was no longer at his prime. After three days of war almost half of his Edos had already been sealed or canceled out.
Further more I will add the following: If Kabuto hadn't been fighting the Shinobi alliance, Itachi would have never crossed with Naruto and therefore would have never become free. He would still be part of Kabuto's arsenal.
May I point out that for the most part all Kabuto had to do was cancel his Edo Tensei and repeat the sacrifice/summoning process in order to get them back. Even Itachi was in this condition! And this further serves to prove that Kabuto could have easily defeated Itachi if he wasn't also battling the entire shinobi alliance at that time. All he had to do was to cancel Edo and Itachi would have been gone.
I hope this ends all debate on the matter and we no longer have to read about how "Kabuto on his prime lost against Itachi one on one".
