Naruto is an actual sage. He actually went through training before he even used RSM. Madara sapped Hashirama's Sage Chakra and it still went towards Hashirama's face. Obito didn't even use Sage chakra until he used Six Paths Coffin Seal.

So not only did Naruto trained SM, he learned it way before those two.

Naruto, he trained in Toad Sage Mode and eventually gained RSM, then there's Obito who seemed to exclusively use his Sage Powers after gaining Ten Tails and finally Madara who relied on his rinnegan.

Naruto is more skillful than Madara. Madara never produced Senjutsu he absorbed it from Hashirama and the Juubi.

Obito absorbed the highest form of natural energy & didn't get petrified. What makes you think he was far below naruto & madara in terms of skill? Power, sure, but madara's best feat absorbing senjutsu was when he absorbed hashi's so he didn't really show us anything featwise that makes him more skilled, let alone far more skilled.

OT: The obvious conclusion is Naruto>Madara>Obito because naruto actually had sage training + he showed us the best feats, & madara ended up becoming a more complete sage than obito so that logically comes with more power & skill.
