The most restricted characters during the war.

Who do you all think has been restricted the most during this war? My money goes with minato and kakashi. Minato so far have lost both of his arms, yet, he's still helping out in the war. We know that he was able to summon gamabunta ( as said in p. 1 naruto)
And now kakashi. Kakashi is known to have copied 1000s of jutsu. Surely he knows some S-ranked jutsu that can help in someway. It's quite an understatement to say that all of the jutsu that he copied to this point is useless in this current situation.

Who do you all think has been restricted by kishi during this war?

Not even 10,000 jutsu could beat madara, he can just absorb pretty much everything besides senjutsu and taijutsu. That's why it took a combo attack from 4 of them while Gai was in 8 gates to even get a good shot on him..

But yeah, I agree with kakashi not only because hes still useful at this point but hes one of the few in the manga who didn't inherit crazy chakra reserves

Minato, Madara (he still seems like he's toying around, plus he has the Rinnegan and the power of a God so I'd assume he could be causing a lot more destruction), the Akatsuki when they came back as edos.. I think we could've seen more from Tobirama. That's about all I can think of.

Minato and kakashi? No at least they're still fighting and doing something. I would go with hashirama and tobirama their completely paralyzed and have to sit back and watch for the rest of the fight unless somebody removes them.
