I voted for the Sage's Frog Song because it is more powerful.
It may take longer than usual Genjutsu but once it is cast it is unavoidable.
Tsukyomi is ready from the start with a look in the eyes.
Although to avoid Tsukyomi all you have to do is not look the caster in the eyes.
Or you can have a partner there to force their chakra into you once the jutsu is cast upon you.
While the Sage's Frog Song you cannot be bailed out by teammates because they will also be caught in it aswell, as seen in Jiraiya vs Pain the Frog Song can ensnare multiple enemies at once.
While Tsukyomi can only be cast upon one person at a time.
Saying that brings me to the conclusion that the Sage's Frog Song is more Powerful regardless of how long it takes for that is not the question asked in this thread.
Tsukyomi is more convenient for the caster since it can be cast immediately upon coming into direct eyesight of the enemy. But the most Convenient Genjutsu is not whats being asked here it whats the most powerful Genjutsu and that title will have to go to the Sage's Frog Song.

Sasuke only broke through Tsukyomi because he is a True sharingan user ( An Uchiha ) , and that's why even kakashi who had the sharingan couldnt break it

My point exactly Hotarubi I would prefer Tsukyomi also because of its convenience.
But if I was going up against a team of Shinobi I would prefer Sage Frog Song despite the cost of preparation.

Forreal Forreal I dont know how you can trap the Six Paths in any kind of Genjutsu since they are just puppets of flesh really, they have no brain activity nor chakra activity of their own. Nagato controls/is their minds and chakra flow so if they get caught he should get caught as well.

if all the bodies of pain were caught by the sage frog song, it could be that Nagato himself would have been caught too as he was connected to the bodies

Only those who wield a sharingan and are of Uchiha blood can break Tsukuyomi. besides it takes time to ready the sage mode genjutsu and by that time the enemy will notice and A. runaway and wait or B. get them under their genjutsu first. Also here is a hint...........It's a frog song soooooo YOU HAVE TO BE A FROG. so only Sages who are frogs can perform it.

the genjutsu that pa and ma do is extremely powerful but it can be stoped easily. tsukuyomi is easy to use at any moment plus you get all the information you want from an enemy due to the fact you could mentally torture them for days while in reality its only a couple of hours. izangi transcends the abilities of tsukuyomi because it allows the user to make whatever they wanted to come true happen (only if it is about them though). but both have major draw backs. izangi cost you an eye and tsukuyomi seeing as how you must have MS to perform it would put more strain on your eyes causing you to go blind faster, prime example of this sasukes dumb ass going blind in weeks whil itachi who didn't even use MS like that had his eyes for years.
