The God & Jashin existence and sharing their powers as Yang & ying balance -> Juubi(The God created Juubi for it to create life on planet) & Death God(Jashin created Death God to execute his task keeping world in balance)-> Juubi went for rampage & Sage of six paths(The God created SOSP/ reincarnated himself as human to help humankind/sends his Godly powers/eyes to one of human as choosen one to stop Juubi )

I won't include death repear God as he seems just technique to me..., no actual spiritual being...

honestly does this even matter at this point since all of the naruto world came from the jubbi it makes sense that some would be born with a stronger piece of its power and over years and years people got weak except for the main bloodline clans the idea of a higher power god doesnt matter either way cause the whole argument would just be what god created that god.The gods couldnt be killed that why they were sealed in the naruto universe and split up and even then they were still very hard to keep under control so the advent of a jinchuriki made it more possible.It also stands to reason that since the first sage of the sixth paths was even able to seal it without dying that he had a strong relation to it in some way bloodline wise and from him came the clans senju and uchiha making the uzumaki and possibly huyyga clan the first strongest clans in the world at that time period which is most likely how the first sage of the sixth paths himself was probably born.

What about the King of Hell? Only summonable for a Rinnegan-user, capable of stealing souls if you lie to him, and resurrecting ALL the casualties of Pein's attack on Konoha, for a payment in the rest of Pein's life-force. He's pretty strong.

I think it's more logical that the Sage made some sort of contract with the King, as if he had created the King, he must also have created the afterlife, for the King to be King OF. And as the Shinigami exists independently of any Rinnegan-power, it's reasonable that the afterlife, and thus the King of the afterlife, does as well.

i just think its named king of the underwold simply because of how it can be used to revive dead people not because of the underworld being possibly created by the first sage simply because he died and if he had a choice int he matter why wouldnt he had made a loophole for himself in that case so he would live for ever.

So the Sage essentially CREATED A GOD to MAKE HIMSELF IMMORTAL? In that case the Sage dominates all the other contenders in the poll.
