Also, Kabuto has shown before that he outclassess Sasuke and Itachi, they were 2 on 1 and were still having trouble

Why do you have EMS Madara when you have Edo Madara? Itachi over Sasuke? because last time i checked EMS>MS. Nagato over Obito? Lol, Kabuto at 10? Hashirama and Nagato over BM Naruto?

You shouldn't base a top list on a>b>c logic but if you are going to, get it right. The 2 things that stand out on this logic is Kabuto under Sasuke and Itachi, and 3rd Raikage under Muu and the 2nd Mizukage when it was clear he would kill them both.

mu invisibility and jinton > 3rd raikage
2nd mizukage genjutsu and joki boy > or equal to 3rd raikage

If you are counting him w/0 edo tensei he is above
Sasuke,Itachi,Minato and I would say = terms with Nagato

with edo tensei Kabuto is easily strongest.

im counting kabuto only SM w/o ET. Itachi , sasuke or minato > kabuto SM
