He's fucking weak as hell, if he's above Pein than he must stronger than him, no?
Also, I know Asuma wasn't super strong or nothing but he was stronger than Hidan, it's just that Hidan caught him off guard and by that time, it was too late.
If he knew what he was getting into, he coulda beat Hidan and maybe Kakuzu.

To b honests that list is wrong. Its hard to tell witch caracters are stronger then others... lets see... Tsunade, come on the 5th, i bet shes gonna get closer the Jaraiya in defeating Pain if they ever meet just because of the code J-man left. Anko, the student of Orochimaru, we havent seen enough of her to say shes weak. Shino, he can take on some of the ppl in ur top list, his the leader of his team for some reason and has bugs to fight for him... its like Gaara but with bugs. Sakura, super strengh, medical ninja, pay attention to the cartoons and you'll notest that they never let her fight, like wen they found sasgay, Yamato got in the way.
