Itachi is definitely the most popular. No one in the manga comes close really. Naruto, Kakashi, Madara and Minato are all pretty high up there too. Believe it or not, Sasuke and Obito are high up there too despite their hatred. As many people love them as people hate them. Not really sure about using the latest official poll.
