Hello guys I would like to talk about the most OP combination of Doujutsu I can think of...

These could be candidates;

1) Obito's MS which Obito has + Rinnegan

- Nagato's mastery over Rinnegan
- power of Rinnegan techniques on Obito's level(Obito's outer path > Nagato's outer path)
- Obito's mastery over Kamui: Intangibility + wrapping himself + wrapping someone/something

2) Obito's MS possesed by Kakashi + Rinnegan

- Nagato's mastery over Rinnegan
- Kakashi's mastery over his long range Kamui + wraping ability of something/someone

3) Double MS originally awake by Obito

- Obito's mastery over Kamui: Intangibility + wrapping himself + wrapping someone/something
- Kakashi's mastery over his long range Kamui + wraping ability of something/someone

Nice... but remember you have only two slots for two eyeballs... so you can choice just two eyes...

If By genjutsu you meant regular Sharingan one... then I agree...
But if you mean KA or Tsukyiomii then it can not be... as it would require three eyes...

I know many people will disagree with me, but I honestly think the first one is the strongest.

Nagatos mastery of rinnegan + Obitos Kamui would be ridiculously OP, as long as the user isn't crippled like Nagato that is

As a side note Rikodou master of rinnegan would be even more OP, since he was strong enough created the moon

But it can be beaten if the opponent is OP enough and has a brain ( unlike psycho Sasuke ).
