He is dead... He wasnt overpowered during his life, he only recently became overpowered in death.
Naruto is young and still has many years ahead of him. Becuase we know how these bad guy things tend to go, its safe to say madara will be defeated.

I am talking about people who are alive.. And obviously madara didnt have Mokuton and/or Rinnegan during his fight with hashirama..
He only gained rinnegan during his old age.
