and RDS and hagoromo are very look alike anyway

this way can avoid further needed explanation rather sage's brother = Jasin-sama theory

Well...hagoromo DID say that he and his brother sealed the juubi in them and we haven't exactly heard much about another half of the juubi wandering around, so I'm not going to completely doubt this theory but I think I'll just stick to believing Kaguya is the death reaper

All in all, what I'm trying to say is that the other brother became the death reaper and sealed the other half in him OR the death reaper is just Kaguya

Why did you make a connection between DRS and Jashin? While both are curses the process of the rituals are notably different.
