The most hyped character in Naruto? Hashirama or Minato?

Some characters didn't just meet my expectations in terms of their jutsu arsenal so far.

1. Hashirama
I expected him to pull crazy justus out of his ass while fighting Madara. A god of shinobi who has a lot of jutsu scrolls shouldn't remain lying on the ground, almost several chapters ago. At least if he was going to fall, it shouldn't be that cheap.
Very limited hand seals, maybe he just had a library of empty scrolls. I've waited too long to see him doing jutsu at a high level but all we've seen so far is wooden dragon, sage thingy and (I can't even remember)

Madara is too tactical that so far he rises from every ashes. Imagine those meteror making hokages shit in their pants among others, Madara should have been called the god of shinobi because his dancing is great.

2. Minato
Of all the sealing jutsu he learnt none came handy to him during the war except rasenga and FTG. Kishi made him a talkative hokage, got amputated under head on attacks. Rasenga Rasenga Rasenga!!!

Why?????

I may still pardon young Minato but not Hashi!

Also hashi fought a fusion of himself and a powered up madara second minato only lost to the juubi jins I don't see how that's over hyped now hiruzen is the said God of shinobi but can't beat a statue. Sasuke is said to hav a juubi eye this and that but haven't beat anyone since diedra lol
