Out of all the Kages we've seen or heard about, which is the one that you think had the most honorable death/sacrifice? Let's have a look at the sacrifices:
1) Tobirama Senju: The second hokage used himself as a decoy to let his students escape from the jaws of death against 20 elite shinobi.
2) Hiruzen Sarutobi! The third hokage sealed himself along with the former two resurrected hokages, as well as sealing the arms of his student Orochimaru to save the village from him. His death ensured that he put an end to Orochimaru's plans of destroying the leaf village.
3) Minato Namikaze: The fourth hokage saved the village by sealing the nine-tails into his own son at the cost of his own life.
4) Third Raikage: He held off 10,000 ninjas for 3 whole days to ensure his comrades escaped safely.
5) Gaara: Protected the whole Sand village with his own sand from Deidara's clay bombs, but had to give up his life in the process. He was brought back to life though later.
