Definitely Kamui. I mean think about it Obito and Kakashi have been using it repeatedly and they haven't shown any signs of going blind yet and without Kamui Obito would be dead right now. Kamui is so OP.
It doesn't have any counter jutsu either. The only way to counter it is to use Kamui.
