Which navy admiral do you hate the most and why? And which is the one who is most likable?

I don't hate any of them.They're all great characters, especially akainu.

I like akainu and kizaru the most

2. Aokiji (I like him almost as much as I like kizaru)
3. Fujitora (He's not kizaru, Aokiji or Akainu so he's automatically #3 for me Lol )

As for me I liked the pretimskip line up. They were in sync with each other in terms of fighting style despite their differences.
Fujitori does not where a badass suit and his color scheme is only around his collar. He's not a logia either and he makes gauuging admirals hard.

And yeah I agree bro, the three Admirals pre-timeskip was such a great combination. If they all fought at one time, their styles and powers were nice together and well balanced imo. With Sengoku being on top, the golden Buddha, it was just a perfect team to me.

Fujitora doesn't quite fit in perfectly imo, but then again I gotta see him, Kizaru, and "the green bull" all three in action at the same time before I can truly judge.. they might be just as good of a team for all I know. Lol

Most liked Isshou(liked his meteors & gravity power), Garp(because he is Luffy's grandpa )
Most hated Akainu(because he killed Ace, killed innocent citizens in Robins flashback etc), Aokiji(because he killed Jaguar D Saul).
