It has Anime-Like Cut-scenes though. Just Like Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations, So that is kind of close to the feel of an Anime.. Sorry to upset you mate.

There is mostly talking, but the rest gets straight to the action. So, you could say it is more Actiony.
