Definitely Oda's One Piece. Ninja and Shinigami have been done countless times in Anime/Manga whereas Pirates is something I personally haven't seen before. On top of that the character design is incredible. Each and every character has a unique and creative appearance. In terms of powers, there's the typical elemental logias and swordsmanship and stuff like that, but then there are also some incredible different paramecian type fruits like the "wheel-wheel" fruit which we just saw, cybrogs like Franky, and others, even Ussop's version of "marksmanship" is pretty creative.

Bleach and Naruto while just as good, aren't nearly as unique.

The reason I like Oda is because he did something no one else has ever thought of doing. He made rubber look cool. He gave the main character some lame ass power and made this guy into a bad ass. The other they were given a power up while Luffy had to work to make his awesome. Naruto got the Kuubi and Ichigo is half human, half shinigami, half hollow, half full bringer, half quincy.

The other reason is he made pirates awesome. When you think of pirates you think of well...there's a lot. Much being related to gay jokes. Well Oda took the concept of pirates and turned it into friends being able to hang out together and go on adventures. They are nakama being able to what they want because being a pirate is about freedom. The pirate king is the one with the most freedom according to Luffy/Oda.

I mean if anyone took the concepts of pirates, I doubt someone would have come up with an idea as unique as Oda's world he created. the others are good, but they don't come close to what Oda has done.

oda by a landslide...

kishi is turning naruto into dbz...people are reviving, flying ninjas, some of the moves look like it's from dbz(rasenshuriken, giant rasengan, tailed beast bomb etc) and now it seems that strength is determined by how much chakra you have...kishi has basically tossed all of the ninja fundamentals out of the window

and kubo, well I like the whole idea of bleach since it's more original than ninjas and pirates...but kubo doesn't do a good job at making bleach feel fresh and original as oda and kishi with they're manga

Oda= Most creative character designs, huge expansive world with the best sense of adventure.
Kishi= best paced story, most grounded and realistic, wonderful characters.
Kubo= slickest art style, very rebellious/punkish attitude, most intriguing universe.
Can pretty much say this!!!

Isn't it to be expected that the power scale would get a lot higher when the story is close to its climax. And no, Kishi hasn't forgotten about intelligence when it comes to battles, that's why the Shinobi Alliance are able to handle Madara, Obito and the Juubi
