The "NaruSaku" CPR. I mean they are squeezing an organs with hands, this will be 100% being censored or edited in the anime as children wouldn't watch people squeezing organs with hands.
Blood and even beheading are not count as goreish in shonen animes anymore and when are beheadin someone they are editing or censoring it at the worst.

100% they didn't or else they would know that even Sailor Moon had more brutal and goreish scenes/panels than Naruto.
Well Nagato didn't know there was a person like Naruto, he thought he was the chosen one, that's why he killed Jiraiya and believing there was no one else that could possibly bring the change he wanted.
