Minato is just plain expressionless character and the weakest kage of all time, who can't even tank a single tail beasts and knows only rasengan besides his teleportation. Got extremely less screen time even having imp. role in history of naruto. Did nothing after his resurrection just got his ass kicked every time he fights. Never had a enjoyable moment with him. So ya he is boring as hell!!

OP, u mean like. Itachi Madara and Sasuke? Probably because they r awesome (don't see y u would find them bland) and the no expression thing just make it more memorable when those character finally do show emotion.

Now personally I don't get how ppl could fanboy ppl as predictable as Naruto or as bland as Minato, but to each his own. :bdpf:
