In my personal point of view the most badass deaths were the ones of zabuza, deidara, kisame and obito
zabuza: a wounded zabuza owned gato the man who hired him and wanted to kill him.
deidara: made a huge explosion resembling the mushroom of an atomic bomb, it was epic whe he said "art is an explosion" and exploded.
kisame: the way he chose to protect his comrades and and got eaten by his own sharks and owned everybody trapping them in water prisions with sharks, at the end he did accomplish his mission.
obito: died protecting his comrades naruto, sasuke and kakashi and turn to ashes to them comeback from death and give kakashi the biggest powerup everybody has seen which helped to get kaguya sealed.
