Madara's awakening wasn't anti climatic, but I guess the feeling was the one we got in the soldier Ryan movie, when the senior soldier died while trying to save him.

Don't remember that movie but sharingan awakenings are epic in the mist of battle. Sasuke was half way unconscious saving naruto from haku when he awakened his 2 tomoe eyes, obito stabbed and killed a invisible chuunin when saving kakashi, and itachi's filler/novel thing with his best friend getting killed by the man that put fear into him for the first time (Tobi) was very epic.

Madara wasn't fighting when he awakened his, he and hashirama were ending the ambush their father/brothers set up. It needs to be better like sasuke's in my opinion.

It was so epic both fights (Obito and Sasuke's)!!!!! Obito was the most tense imo, but Sasuke was more like "everything or nothing", and he was an unexperienced shinobi so the fear of him dying was greater.
Madara's was just dramatic and expressed the love Madara felt between his friendship and clan.

And btw: Izumi's awakening in the novel was pretty cool too. Unfortunately it wasn't shown nor her sharingan or the awakening in the anime....

I hate when a lot of people say that Sakura's offspring was the only one who awakened it out of love. I mean c'mon Sasuke's awakenings were always related with his love and care for his brother and friends!!!

Time for my opinion: I think Sasuke's awakening was one of the coolest along with Indra and Obito's.Itachi and Madara's were more dramatic to be honest, instead of "cool". But what about you?

Sasuke has the best Sharingan awakening hands down.

No one comes close to that except for Obito awakening Mangekyo Sharingan, SP did us such a good service.

True, the blood rain was mentally scarring and gave a unique atmosphere to the moment. And tbh when Rin was dead and Obito grieved her death was really something else. I would give 10/10
