I guess Kiba...he is like Naruto, but he hasn't had any of the tough moments that allowed Naruto to grow :/.

And by Narut I was referring to how he just acts all cocky without really having had anything to back it up...

Naruto tbh, He acts tough with little skills to back it up and then is about to get killed he is saved and uses Kyuubi power to finish the fight, then talks about he is strong because his own power even though he was just saved and needed the Kyuubi. Not to mention he is a hothead.
