My list follows Kishi's implications much better right now Kishi's made it obvious Naruto rapes Sasuke.

really so BM naruto fought ems sasuke and beat him with low diff? last time i checked sasuke has never gone all out and is saving his full power for naruto. kishi hasnt made whatever fanfiction you are imagining obvious but he has made it obvious that naruto and sasuke progress as a pair and are equal.

Meh, it's OK, but it could be tweaked a little, I am a indecisive about Naruto vs EMS Madara, that could go either way but I would put Naruto below him, I think you aren't giving Hashi enough credit too, he clearly matched and maybe even surpassed Madara in power for someone as prideful as Madara to give him so much praise. Oro's edo Hashi or Tobirama wouldn't be at the same level as he would have to keep them under control, limiting their effectiveness, Sasuke is stronger than Itachi and Gaara imo, the latter of which is too high, and I think Sasuke is also now stronger than Onoki and Bee.

It doesn't really matter as there is no such thing as an accurate top 15, it is always personal opinion

Explain exactly how EMS Madara beats Naruto and I might change my mind?, As I said in the thread his only stronger than Madara without Kurama with Kurama Hashirama needed Mito to seal him inside of her if he was stronger than Madara with Kurama he wouldn't need Mito, Edos are usually stronger than themselves in real life look at Nagato for example in real life he was limited to using dead bodies but due to edo tensei he has his prime body and can use all of the paths in one body Naruto even said his much stronger, Sasuke hasn't really shown anything to say that his stronger than them.

Your list is the one that's a failure. Edo Madara is Kabuto's power so why do you put him above Kabuto when Kabuto CREATED him. Hashirama above Kabuto wow take it easy on the drugs man.

Why are people placing Naruto so damn high? He has yet to prove his mettle against Madara who heaps praise on Hashirrama. Kabuto is over his level as well, because it took edo-Itachi and Sasuke in his EMS form to barely take him down.

4-5. Minato & Hashirama - Hard to decide between them
6. Kabuto
7-8. Nagato & Naruto - Again Hard to decide between them
9-10. Many possibilities here: Tobirama, Prime Hiruzen, Prime Hanzo, White Fang, Mito, Kushina, Itachi, Sasuke, Jiraiya, Killer B, Onoki, Danzo
