You do realize that Sasuke attacked all 5 hokage, along with "kidnapping" Lord Bee. Along with joining Akatski. He could have killed Naruto in the fight at the valley of the end, he Killed a danzou (acting hokage atm) and attacked his fellow team 7, captain and all, and joined orochimaru, who was the chief protagonist f the first part of naruto.
Unlike Gaara who protected his village (after he became kazekage, from diedara)
It really doesnt matter what sasuke did during the war, he is the one who escalated it this far. Without him taking down killerbee for that moment the statue still woudnt have the piece of the eight tales so no so6p madara or obito. He didnt even join the war for forgiveness, he joined the war to become hokage. Like WTF does he think that when the war is over, everyone is going to be like "to hell with what he did during the past, lets make sauce the hokage, to hell with naruto and him saving us from complete destruction from pain, and who cares that he single handedly turned the tide of the war in our favor the moment he entered the battlefield.
He is an international criminal who is only looking out for the sake of his clan, not for the sake of other people, there is no way he is going to be the "savior" even if he solos madara in the next manga scan he still isnt the savior as he does not have the ability to join people together, which is something that has been a running characteristic of naruto since b4 the time skip
